I usally dont leave reviews but this place is terrible I get its christmas but how am I gonna get a estimate time of 30 minutes than end up waiting an 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to say they didnt get the order and they needa remake it? tried calling to ask and phone just stopped ringing as if they had a system to mute callers… I dont know how this business exists? last time I came here it was the same thing christmas or not.

It's took way too long for only one pizza. I called for pickup and they said it would be ready in 16 minutes and when I got their day said the pizza wasn't even ready. And then after they said they didn't even have a pizza in my name. I was there for at least 40 minutes. I hate it.

The place is so cramped. They took 30 minutes to give me one pepperoni pizza. And the food was just normal but the service was very bad. The guy at the front didn't ask for my order and just expected me to say my order. It was awkward. I hate it.

Ok so this place gets busy and is often times short of staff. I came here on. Saturday before the Canelo/Crawford fight and it was super busy, yet the customer service by Bryan and the crew was excellent. He kept a calm demeanor upon a rude customer, maintaining EXCELLENT customer service. The ambiance was great I suppose given it's a pizza place. Our pizza and other items ordered were fresh,

Listen. Papa johns has recently linked with doordash. If your food is delivered to the wrong location. You will have to wait over 5 days to get your money back. He store wont help you. I literally had to call door dash cc and papa johns cc just to talk to someone with a brain.never again. Chewy ass pizza not even worth it frfr

This Papa Jones is very unorganized. No one wears gloves nor wash there hands. I watched several of the cooks prep pizza after touching boxes. The manager prep the dough without gloves after touching the register, grabbing boxes, wiping his face and grabbing the pole on the shelf. The quality of the pizza was HORRIBLE. I would never ever order from this place again.

My fiancee placed an order using the app. We tried to customize the order and leave a note for the order, but that option wasn't available. I spent over five minutes calling the store in an effort to speak with someone in the store, using his phone. I also attempted to update the order after being prompted in the automated system, but to no avail. Then I used my phone and finally made contact with someone. I had to act as if I was placing a new order. Do you know Papa John's is outsourcing jobs in the Philippines? So someone in the Philippines is taking live orders. After being transferred several times and 30 minutes later, I was unsuccessful with modifying the order. Then, did you know Door Dash is the deliverer? What is happening? Now we're waiting for our food for 45 minutes and 48 hours for customer service to get back to us. The convenience has become an inconvenience. Never again!

Tried to make an order for delivery, as soon as I selected payment (and included tip for delivery driver) the site instantly changed its page and put my order for takeout. I tried editing my order online and I couldn't so I tried calling. I tried calling for OVER AN HOUR and no one picked up. I called constantly, back to back. At this point, the store was open for only another hour and automated message while calling says my pizza been ready for pickup. I had to call an Uber to pick up pizza. When I got there, a whole group of young boys was hanging out front, standing around their cars. I ignored and walked in store. The store was completely EMPTY. No staff in sight! One of the boys that was out front ran in after me, out of breath, asking if he could help me. I quickly realized this is why no one was answering the phone! Is this how they're trained? Is this normal? I gave a tip for this service? I spent more money in Uber because of this?! I haven't slept nor eaten in 2 days due to work so I was beyond livid and appalled. I had to remind myself not to react. This is NOT acceptable.

Just ate there. As someone that has honorably served the only thing was good was the 30 minute service. They overcook the pizza ? every time. Sine y’all have cameras everywhere y’all need them at the workplace making sure employees are following sanitary and food handling policies correctly.
