Don't eat at this P.L.K store #12720.. 09/01/25 they sold my husband some old red beans and rice ..he brought the food home i opened up the red beans and it was a foul order.. made me sick to my stomach. Had to throw both bowls away chicken strips was old just gross

Honestly, I’m not sure how this place is still in business with how awful they are. I am adding a photo of what my beans look like after I have to dump all of the rice. I just paid a large for Cooked rice basically. This place is a joke, please save your money and try the Popeyes over on Compton because they probably will do better than this place. Management is a joke. They don’t want your feedback at all because the number that they provide on the receipt doesn’t actually work. Overall, Popeyes has a cooperation has completely gone downhill in the past 15 years. The entire thing just needs to pull the plug.

Wow the people here are terrible. I ordered through uber eats for delivery but they forgot half of the stuff. When I went over to get the missing things, they were upset. They gave me the stuff but threw the fries in the bag upside down passive aggressively. Then chucked it at me through the window and ran away. Like DAMN girl relax

If I could give no stars I would. Place is dirty. Employees at front end are careless regarding customer service. We walked in prepared to order something just unsure what? I asked if they had a small meal deal and was asked, "Mon'de? Again I asked and the young girl pointed up to the menu and said 1-7. So I repeated myself and ask for a small meal with chicken and a side or a biscuit and again she pointed to the menu and said 1-7. It really wasn't worth my time and apparently hers. Sad location for service one must already know the menu because they ain't gonna tell you. I robot could do a better job and save the owner money on front end staff.

I drove through the drive through placed my order realized she charged me for the wrong order !
I park I go inside the place smells like a freaken Restroom what is going on !!! Cashier there she had a really bad attitude !!! Like if the food was not expensive enough
Chicken was raw biscuits raw and chicken tenders half way cooked I don’t get it we spend so much money on our food it’s ridiculous this does not make sense please stop serving food that’s not cooked all the way beside someone getting really sick your robbing us from the delicious taste of the good chicken that we’re looking for !!

It’s sad I take my time to go to lunch and order food that is dry , and old and gave me the wrong order. Ask for ghost pepper wings and gave me plain wings . I cannot even come back to change it.

Chicken.was nasty not crispy tasted old took cashier forever to take my order. Seen worker pick up chicken pattie with her bare hand she was not wearing gloves.

I got the 8 piece family with 2 large extra sides Mac was dry and look old coleslaw was too wet look like soup and mas potatoes was average chicken was average
Spend close to 40 dollars was not worth it

This place need to provide better quality my side order 1/2 way with water cheese a few pieces of pasta and is very expensive beside the please smell really bad. I called 3 time and sent me to voicemail wondering how do they place order if the phone is not been picked up. Disappointed !!!!

The people that work here are so nice and is just down the street from my house and I was walking to the bus stop so they let me use the restroom but I always buy chicken special on
