Best grilled chicken. I drive from redondo just to come here. The prices are insanely reasonable. I always get the 2 chicken combo with sides or 3 chicken combo if I have guests over my house. The sides are incredible too. The rice has a corn finish to it with perfect taste, no salt needed as it’s seasoned perfectly. I’m not a fan of beans but they’re very similar to my grandmothers (they’re not fried beans). The potato salad is addicting too, it’s really my guilty pleasure...
Actually, Google maps had taken me to the wrong destination. I didn't dine at Pop's Chicken, but the place appeared to be fairly busy and smelled pretty good outside the establishment.
I think they season chicken with crack! LOL....Im hooked for real! OMG and the rice, especially when I don't like rice, I eat it NOW! The chicken with cactus, rice and beans! I'm in heaven. This spot is a hidden GEM!
