TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE, SUPER BAD AT SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.

The place is ugly, they have very old tables and the place looks dirty.

Bad service, I arrived to pick up food and they kept me waiting for a long time. And there are not even chairs to sit and wait. The photos with the table are not current. Very bad service, Mr. has a bad attitude

The pupusas maybe, maybe they are good, I went here because it was the closest. But if they are good, I will never return to this place. The man who takes orders over the phone and is the cashier has a very annoying attitude.

I tried to place an order over the phone and it asked for my card number. I told him I want to pay when I pick them up. He said yes but he was going to put the order in until I paid. Lastly, he told me that it's good that they will be ready when I arrive.
I arrived and the very rude man told me very arrogantly “if I don't pay for the order of pupusas you have to wait.”

Never again will I go or speak to that place again. There are many other restaurants
pupusas Vallan to another. Does not have a good customer service attitude

Hello, my name is Adan, today, November 11/11, 2023, I wanted to order a leg soup. A man answered, I don't know who he is. I placed the order when making the payment by card and told me the payment was blocked and to say hiva agamolo. again xk I don't know why it was blocked but I have more cards and all he did was say come here place your order and hung up. Rate it if that is a good, intriguing service, really. I called him three times later and he didn't want to answer. It was around 12:20 pm. In my opinion, if you don't like your job, look for another one and if it's the owner, I really doubt it, but if it's the owner, what bad customer service.
