This once flailing location has been revitalized by Walter, the store manager. The staff are noticeably different and so positive under his leadership. He always lets me know my orders are appreciated (even little notes in the bag thanking me!).
The coffee is hot, fresh and the store is clean.

Don't come on a busy day if it's not drive thru. Ordered a basic coffee and it took more than 25 minutes to get it. Not coming back.

I would like to shout out the person who attended me at the drive thru window and the person who attended me at the drive thru speaker. Both ladies provided exceptional customer service. I appreciate their positive attitude.
Worst customer service ever!!!
Drive thru took them 30 min to give 2 drinks!!
They gave me one mocha frappe at 7pm gave me the second one at 7:30 literally waiting in my car while it sat there done melting !
Not a big fan of Starbucks but coworkers are addicted to that business. Some of the staff were rude with no motiviation seaminly to do their job.

Ordered a medicine ball with all lemonade and it taste like water .. took it back and explained it doesn’t taste right - So with a attitude and they made me a new one that taste exactly like the one I brung back! A complete waste of my time money and gas ! Who ever is in charge or making the lemonade needs to be FIRED ‼️ I will never revisit this location !! Highly DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

There is a specific African American girl who serves the drive thru as I was paying and hit the no tip button she started to give me a attitude this happened today march 31st @5:10pm then she gave me my drinks and laughed at me .i don’t know if she feels entitled for a tip or if she is racist but I felt that vibe from her . I go to other Starbucks and other baristas always hit the no tip button there selfs . But it’s only her who feels entitled. I will not come to this location ever again.

I LOVE THE COMPTON GATEWAY STARBUCKS. They are ALWAYS professional, prompt in service, and great customer service. Today, my computer died, and they got me a cord. (I perform mobile Livescan services, and it's safer to meet at a public place.) My head forgot their names, but my heart hasn't.
