All of the drinks that I had ordered from this location have been very tasty. The customer service is great. They treated me and all the other people who made their orders in which was provided with decent timing. It's a great place to get your drinks from this Starbucks.Parking: It's in a plaza as that means there are no worries about where you are parked since it's free parking for everyone.

Pay more attention to the order. If someone is ordering a drink with coconut milk, there's a reason. This is the 3rd time.

The crew here are always very welcoming. They help you when you are indecisive and are very knowledgeable about the menu. I normally visit during the morning hours after taking the kids to school. 95% of the time I order ahead on the app because they tend to be busy. If you have the extra 10 mins to wait go for it. They have a drive-thru which tends to be busy as well. There's plenty of parking. All in all one of my favorite crews and places to be.

I decided to go out my way & try a different location thinking that I would get serviced a little more quickly. And besides I enjoy visiting different Starbucks to check out the vibe of the atmosphere. However, this location IS NOT the place for that experience. I went through the drive thru and was hoping to order two drinks & a bagel. Instead I only settled for two drinks at which I didn’t want anymore because an employee working the morning shift around 10am by the nickname of “Val” was very rude, impatient, & not helpful . I was greeted with a toned opening statement of “Welcome to Starbucks , what would you like?” As I proceeded to order I was interested in a bagel at which she did not list the options but gave me open ended answers . Lastly after I paid for my order she read me the total incorrectly by not explaining I owed her more change & she didn’t offer me a receipt to help me feel complete about the purchase. Val then proceeded to hand off my drinks in a rude gesture. I spoke with management & honestly even the manager whom has bright pink hair failed to address the issue away from customer sighting . I was not pulled to the side because the manager was being the cashier at the time . So I understood that . However , it’s all about professionalism & this location receives a FAILURE stamped from me with the comment to match .

Second time I come here for a matcha drink with brown sugar and my drink taste like nothing but plain milk. It’s so annoying spending money for a drink I didn’t even enjoy . You say I want this on it and they just give you whatever they want to give you. Waste of time and money.

When someone orders something very specific. Pay attention. Make it like they say. Do not fight about it. I want my mocha frap to taste like coffee and chocolate. Not like a milk shake. When someone says no milk and no whip cream. Just skip those ingredients. I added 3 shots of espresso that replaces the milk, why would you add water to literally water down the flavor. Seriously many people don't like milk or milk substitutes in their coffee. Why was that so hard to understand?

I don't know what happened to this place, all was good until Johnny left. Actually even a little after Johnny. This is my local Starbucks & I come here often. It's definitely not the same, it's all new staff now. The drive thru has been pretty bad I'll order 1 drink & I pull up to the window after waiting 10+ minutes sometimes & still have to wait for my drink. I typically only order this so it's crazy that the wait is so long. I've gone twice this week & when I tell y'all it's been bad it's been bad. I do order a custom drink so first time ok maybe a mistake they're new it's a custom drink I get it 2nd time I'm like ahhh not again. They drench my coffee in caramel, I think anyone would agree that this amount it crazy! This is also supposed to be iced & it's warm. I mean I guess I'm getting more coffee w/ less ice but also all I'm really getting is warm caramel. This drink cost $5.10 & like I said I come here often, spending well over $20 wkly so I won't be coming here anymore. On the plus side will be saving money haha.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i dont understand how its still not shutdown. the drinks constantly taste different, not up to their name. takes extremely long especially since pickups are by drive through?? im an actual starbucks barista myself and this location is horrible. as employees, if someone stole our order then we have to make them a new one. but this location refused. i paid for my drink, someone else took it, why do i have to place another order?? ALSO i waited between 45min-an hour for my drinks on multiple occasions which is ridiculous. go to a different location, they do not care
