My coffee was not made like I ask, i ask twice to make sure extra pumps of mocha and whipcream was in my coffee, and did not get the request I made. Sad when you spend this kind of money on coffee and the employees don't do what the customer wants. I will never leave a tip for that kind of service or visit your store again. And on top of that you act like you have a attitude, when the customer ask you to do it right, I'm paying for your service. Please do you're job, your not paying for the coffee I am!!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever I've been to it took them 13 mins to make my drink in the drive thru I was just sitting at the window waiting. I won't be back to that Starbucks again.

I ordered pastries, i don't speak spanish. The People in line who spoke spanish got their orders before me.
It was a great experience a little wait of 27 minutes but I enjoyed my venti white chocolate mocha with extra Carmel sauce.

Horrible service… there’s a guy worker who has horrible customer service. Didn’t get his name but he has holes in his ears bc he clearly used to have the earrings that stretch out your ears.

I'm a regular been coming here for years everyday if possible I get family there drinks. & I get my Usual Vanilla Latte w/3 Pumps Vanilla the Girls & Some of the Guys all know my Drink by Memory...that's how much I Go get My Starbucks there..

This is my local Starbucks & lately my shaken espressos been watered down. It literally taste like they put melted ice in the cup or now the espresso is being diluted. The color is there but the taste is just water ! Im gonna have to take the high road & go to a different one. Some baristas do not caree! like ppl pay up to 9 dollars for this.
