They never have items on the menu... even when you order on food delivery apps. This morning, I ordered the new summer refresher, which includes Boba, and they didn't have the proper straws for the Boba. I ordered a plain bagel because they didn't have the protein box that I wanted, and they didn't have cream cheese. This has been going on for almost a year now. Whoever the owner/manager of this location needs to be replaced.

Its 9:15pm and doors closed, and google shows they close at 11:00pm,doesnt say anything bout drive thru or walk in, june 3rd, soo now i gotta wait in drive thru after i order online, smh 3 cars in front of me, smh

This is one of the worst Starbucks, if you have cash they’ll judge your looks before they take it, then if they decide they’ll lie and say they don’t have change, mobile orders are either wrong or you’ll have to wait 30 minutes or more. Always out of simple ingredients, central and the 91 is the only decent store in the area.

This was my usual Starbucks for about 2 years in the morning. It does get busy, but very rarely are orders wrong and you are pretty much 90% of the time getting what you expect. Only a handful of times I felt like was I actually like this is not what I paid for or something ran out. Otherwise, I feel like whoever works there should give themselves a pat on the back. Also drive through against Rosecrans, you might have to go parking lot to get to drive thru line rather than driving straight in from Rosecrans entrance.
