I placed an online mobile order unfortunately was incorrect they gave me someone else. Mistakes happen not a big deal I wasn’t even upset .. however the manager lily began screaming at me to the top of her lungs demanding the sandwich I indicated that I threw it .She kept yelling why the hell I threw it ?!?!demanding a answer while she had a line of 6 people all witnesses her shouts!!! I replied because I bit it and she said it didn’t matter she needed the sub in her hand why the hell did I throw it (wouldn’t that be unhygienic🙄) I proceeded to tell her it was in her store trash still creaming she yelled at the coworker to just hand me the the correct sandwich .This is who subway has a manger?!? Wow zero skills no sense of customer service. Horrible service!!! Needs upper management to get involve in the operation at this branch.
