I love trying new vegan places but finding a new one where you would least expect, is awesome! Showed up around noon and the place was empty. The employees were really courteous and helpful and recommended a few items I should try which made ordering an easy choice. We (family of 5) ended up ordering 2 Chinese combo plates and a taco plate (one of each). Took about 15-20 min to make which isn’t too bad considering I didn’t call ahead. The Chinese food was good but the Taco plate was excellent!!! Definitely going back to try out more of the Mexican dishes. Plenty of parking.

Found this place through Google and I wasn't disappointed.Service was great and staff was very friendlyWe ordered both plant based Chinese and Mexican foodChinese:The taste was there for beef and broccoli and Kung Pao but I think the meats could have had better texture or maybe a different type.Mexican:The taco plate came with rice and beans and is what you expect when you crave it, but I would prefer not ordering the hibiscus protein and try a different meat next time.i also ordered the Taquitos which were mostly potato but really good and crunchy (I recommend adding their spicy guacamole on top)The cookies were crispy and to die for. Definitely would go back just for them!!A plus side is that they really cater more to the plant based menu as it's on the wall and also has its own menu which makes it really easy to choose what you're craving

Had a fantastic dining experience at Sunny Express Vegan-Mexican-Chinese! The vegan shrimp, orange chicken, and BBQ chicken were incredibly delicious. The fried rice was steaming hot, indicating its freshness. Just be prepared to feel a bit sleepy afterward, as the dishes are generously cooked in oil. The service was friendly and professional, and "dine-in" was a pleasure with well-prepared tables, a glass of water, and cutlery. Overall, a great spot for a tasty and satisfying meal!Vegetarian options: Vegan but fried in a lot of oil
I was very welcomed with my friend as we walked in to have lunch. I asked for recommendations on what I should try because I'm vegan and Tony was very warm and helpful. The food that he recommended I try was beyond amazing feeling and healthy. The watermelon water is my absolute favorite drink and it was delicious here. The vegan chocolate chip cookie was also amazing. I told him I would be back moving forward and that I will be a regular. Tony told me the names of the other workers who work there and it's absolutely a dream. Everything felt so warm, comfy and welcoming even on the rainy day that we had today. He also suggested that I take this picture of him and I couldn't oblige because it made me smile. I honestly can't wait until Monday because they are closed on Sundays but it's well worth the wait. I almost almost lost my mind when I saw that they are on Uber Eats as well.

With limited vegan options around the area, Sunny Express really sets the bar high for vegan food and it shows. The food quality is amazing with more than 29 years of restaurant experience to back it up. The staff is lovely with greeting you and recommending items that will serve your tastebuds at ease. On this visit we ordered vegan baleada, vegan chilaquiles, and vegan beef broccoli Chinese food. Everything tasted authentic, even the baleada! I was amazed how close it felt to eating an actual one. The sour cream was handmade and really imitated Honduran cream used for this dish. The chilaquiles had a superb kick to it that was enjoyable. And the Chinese food was so delicious we wanted more! The noodles and rice were how they should taste and the sauce and texture of the beef broccoli was so mouth watering. Three time returning customers answered we'll be coming back!
I haven't been here in a while and I've been missing out. Food was delicious and the guy at the counter was very friendly; he recommended the orange cauliflower and I loved it.

Me and my son stopped here and Everything was good and flavorful. Service was amazing and they were knowledgeable of their dishes. They had other vegan options outside of soy which is a plus for me. 10/10 I highly recommend will visit again soon . This place definitely favors Chinese food in an healthier way
