Made an order via the drive through at 10:30. Gave me the wrong food. By the time I got back it was 11, which is closing time. Had I been 1 minute late, the restaurant would have been closed and I am left with the incorrect food and money out of pocket. Because it was closing time, they were out of condiments. Instead of offering a refund for the horrible experience or offer something as simple as a drink for the inconvenience. All they said was “oops sorry”.
What a huge letdown. And it isn’t the only time it has happened

Love this place but some one today right now 12:44 pm Friday September 20 2024 gave me a taco that looks like they had it in a burrito and try cleaning the red salsa and yellow cheese was gross i ask no salsa on my tacos get rid of people that don't respect their job food service is no joke I always make sure I'm nice and polite but these kids now I was wondering why the cashier was laughing a lil don't do please been coming here since the 80s when they had a roach coach or lonchera
The bad thing is that the sauces are not fresh, they are prepackaged sauces, and they are not very good, they ruin the tacos
