I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes just to get a Jamaica. Yes sometimes cars place big orders but the most cost efficient and effective way to make everyone happy is to have the people with a big order park while their food is being prepared and then bring it to them once it's been completed versus having a line of about 6 to 7 cars just sitting

Food is great for being a chain mexican restaurant but the workers always have the worst attitudes. Even when they're in the wrong and forget an item, somehow its your own fault. Location is trash, but its not their fault that side of town is run down.

Another disappointing experience here. Asked for plain tacos last night. Very simple request. My son does not like onions or spicy food. Got home and his tacos were full of onions and hot sauce. To make matters worse i confirmed plain to the man on the speaker twice.
I grew up eating here so im spoiled by what it once was. Its too expensive for the burrito to be 80 percent rice and big whole beans. I only get tacos now and when i do the flavor is on point about half the time.
I’m giving this place two stars because of the immaculate food. The food is immaculate don’t get me wrong I just want to say that I felt like I was an outsider today, I”m not trying to pull a race card or anything like that but I feel as if you guys treat the other guest better than other races it shouldn’t be like that. You know I asked for a refill for a large horchata and the young woman acted like she didn’t want to do it but when she did she had attitude and barely filled it up and I asked her can you fill it up she want to have an little attitude. It’s like Really come on now I spend 42 dollars on some food and you want to treat me like that’s uncalled for man. But at the end of the day it is what it is and I don’t think the staff would care. But overall I hope you guys have an amazing day.
