Great atmosphere, and the bar area was busy at 6pm on a Saturday. The food was good and the server even better. Clean place also. I definitely recommend it.

I will never come me here again. The service was horrible. 15 minutes to get water and 30 minutes to get an appetizer. No drink refills. Wasnot even really busy... Guess I see why now. The reviews are correct. Don't come here this place needs to be closed down

TGI Fridays is super chill restaurant to come and hang out while you eat. The waitress is really nice and so attentive with our orders. I love the food here specially if its a Friday night. I highly recommend this TGI Fridays the workers are super friendly and the food is really good.

Just walked out. Went for some cocktails and sat waiting about 15 minutes. Waitress/bartender was awful the manager was not any better he did not handle the situation at all. Giving this facility 1 start is way too much!! Disappointed.

The bucket of bones is what I had and the wings were not fresh, nor the ribs. The mashed potato which I substituted for fries were great and the manager brought out the boneless jack Daniels wings which were good and discounted our receipt. My daughter's wings were not good either.

I was reading the reviews about this location, and I wanted to try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. However, this place really does deserve all of the negative reviews that it's getting. My boyfriend and I went in to have drinks and apps at the bar, and when we went inside, the place looked dirty and you couldn't really tell who worked there and who was just hanging out. We weren't greeted by the host and hostess, but we went straight to the bar area. We were there for 10 mins and it wasn't busy at all, however the bartender never came over to greet us or ask what we wanted to drink/eat. The servers were all just standing around on their phones. I didn't want to spend another minute in that place, so we ended up leaving and going to Chili's instead. Don't come to this Fridays if you are hungry, thirsty, or expecting some level of customer service. Shameful.

Hostess wasn't friendly at all so we seated ourselves at the bar side and requested someone clean table which took about 15 min after staff conversations. Initial start not good but my waitress was nicer when she could get to us. She pretty much was working half the restaurant.

What happened to this TGI's it use to be accurate and helpful. The bathrooms are dirty and dark. We had to wait about 40 mins to be seated because of big groups for graduating kids, it's understandable. By the time we get seated, no silverware or napkins. The server ends of being a female manger, seems like they were short on staff. Menus missing pages. As we order our drinks, they come one at a time
