I was having a good time until the waitress who was serving us brought out everyone's else's order but mine. After 15 minutes of everyone else having their food I had to find a manager and find out what happened. Apparently the waitress never even put in my order. Which is crazy considering I am The Who have her my order FIRST‼ The manager save my night by putting my order in and comp-info my food. After the waitress realize what she did she never even came back to the table to even apologize for her mistake. Smh. If it wasn't or the manager I would have given this location one star.

Worst service ever in Compton. We walked out due to no service. No one at the front we waited while staff just looked at us. Management should be ashamed of the poor service. We should have went to the one in Downey who gives excellent service even at their busiest times. Red lobsters in Lakewood here we come.

Terrible visit to Friday's! I can't even talk about service because there was no hostess at the front so we seated ourselves in the bar area. Waited... and Waited.... and Waited.... for the waitress to acknowledge us. She came out frantic because she thought the customers at another table walked out. Which I don't blame them if they did because the service was awful. The waitress never came to our table or to bust the table next to us which customers sat at because they wanted a table.The bartender overlooked us... finally we decided to leave. We were starving and irritated by this time & funny thing was there wasn't many customers so I have no clue where everyone was! I would like to give you Zero stars & I won't be returning!

I was there on Friday and can't say that it was a good experience. We walked in and not even a hello. We proceed to the bar area and sit at one of the tables on the side. It took them 20 minutes for them to come over and take our order. We ordered 2 coronas and 1 modelo. The waitress asked if we would like mugs for our beers and we all said yes. 20 minutes go by and nothing. An additional 25 minutes goes by and we get ONE beer delivered. She tells us we are waiting on mugs. We all look at each other mystified by what we were told. She could have easily came and said we don't have mugs do you mind the bottle on it's own? Of course we don't mind all we wanted to do was drink some beer. Other two beers come and it's a draft coors light and a Heineken. Again a puzzled look comes to our face. It took them 1 hr to get our beer order correct. At the strangest thing is that they had three six packs on the counter untouched yet it was impossible for them to send it to our table. Save your time AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Unless you enjoy long waits, the blame game, and a place that runs out of everything.

I came here a little after opening 11 am came to find no one at front i thought it was closed I had to look around until i found someone and ask them were i cam sit or if they were closed.. I ordered the southern spicy chicken sandwich with avacado and fries.. The chicken was not what i expected they ran out of avacado in the kitchen. so that was missing on sandwich it only had so little spicy mayonnaise that the sandwich was so dry and i felt they put so little fries maybe they were. running out or something.... I was disappointed with the overall experience For my first time at tgif. It was a zero stars At least the server got my order right no pickles and onions She was okay not her fault no avacados

Customer service was terrible!!! No happy hour menus at the bar. We ordered nachos & they brought out pot stickers. Kaybria (the waitress' name) didn't even bring out pen and paper so it kinda makes sense how she could mess up the order, however it was literally empty NO ONE else at at a booth. So how she could've gotten it wrong idk. Save your money. She never checked on us, never made sure our food was correct & took forever to bring the check and bring the card back.

Horrible service since the minute we walked in. No one to greet us. Was told it was a 15-20 min wait. The place was empty (I know why now). We were sat down only after the manager walked by and asked if we've been help. He sat us on one side of the restaurant was not helped until I had to ask if we're going to be served. Our server was the worst I have ever had in my life and that's no joke. Ordered a certain beer in tap, took her 10 mins to come back and tell me. My guest ordered a simple water and she didn't get that until after I was served my bottle beer. Had to ask for the water for my guest when she brought my beer. Now for the food. We ordered onion rings to star off with. Asked for two sides of ranch but didn't get them when the food got there. Waited but that took a while se we just starting eating them before they got cold. The ranch came but a little too late. I ordered pasta but if I'd known they place doesn't carry chili pepper flakes and charges for cheese for the pasta I would have ordered a burger. Last on the list of my experience I'd have to say is the worst. Short 10 dollars on my change. Had to find her, seems like she went and hid from us. When told she said she had a lot to do and was rushing. Remember the place was empty. I know all places are run different. I won't be coming to this location ever again. Still like my local TGIF and will hope service never gets like this there.

I saw a commercial for TGIF advertising 5 dollar cheese burger and fries and I remembered we have a Friday's in Compton on Alameda. So I went down as I approached the door the hostess ran and opened the door for me.She was very happy to see me I looked around they had many specials posted there was hardly no one seated outside the bar area which was in the middle of the building. While I waited for my Cheese burger and fries I tried to sign up for a reward program they had posted it was not working the hostess said maybe it's not working because that location will be closing PERMANENTLY on November 17,2019 at 2pm exactly. When I asked why she said look around only the bar area gets business and that's not enough to keep the doors open.Then my food came I kind of felt bad because I was taking my order to go. When I got home my cheese was great right on point I would recommend you all get you a 5 dollar cheese burger and fries before the deal is over and the shut their doors. HEY EVERYBODY EAT,SHOP AND PLAY COMPTON!!!!!!!

We came to TGIF to celebrate my nephew #KanyrnStone homegoing after the repast. And I must say we picked the perfect place. Worst service ever received. We were seated, 10 minutes later our drink order was taken & the endless wait commenced. We waited another 20 minutes, others were seated, their appetizers came & still WE waited. Finally after looking at our coke & lemonade for nearly half an hour we walked out. The place wasn't overly crowded, there appeared to be plenty of staff, our table was just forgotten. The low rating to this place DOES NOT LIE. Please get it together.
