I order from this place and I picked delivery but my order hasn’t came at the specific time so I called and turns out my food was stolen. Our delivery person literally said that someone one came in and took the order bag and left. I called the door dash company to get a full refund, but what I don’t understand is that why the workers don’t check if the person is a delivery person. This doesn’t really happen but I’m so disappointed, pissed, and hungry so ya. Thanks a lot wing stop.

My order was ready and just sitting there while I was waiting for it, I was the only customer there, after waiting some more I got up to ask if that was my order and the girl working there told me yeah it is and it hasn’t been there long, horrible customer service
They took forever to give me my food. They said it would be 5 minutes to get my food, and 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes just for 5 boneless wings that I ordered and large fries.
