Last time coming to this location. Obviously understaffed, wait time is well past 30 minutes after ordering. Also if you're going to have employees multi task away from the register they should put on gloves when handling orders.

To start off Gabriella was very rude unprofessional after having us wait in line more than 30 min to order the food end up they didn’t have more beef and it was 8:30 pm one of the worker went inside the bathroom took more then 15 min inside by this time we didn’t want the food any more we noticed she was grabbing the money and going back to the kitchen with out gloves so unsanitary once I ask for my refund she took more then 10 min to give us ur money back over all bad service here don’t waste ur time at this one go to a better location for how much u pay it’s not worth coming here

Food is good they change cooks at this place last cooks we're great proportion good last 2 times I went this week small proportion and they slop it overwhelming with sauce undercooked brown rice
Going to go to another establishment this place quality has gone down

foods good, a little expensive best to use coupons. Do note they clean the grill a little early considering they close at 10 and I ordered at around 845 so sadly no udon noodles for me :( .

I walked in today ready to order no one was at the cash register, I would say 12 minutes a Hispanic guy said to me we don’t take cards just cash! Not even a hello or welcome or sorry for having you wait ,, very rude wearing a cap ? he went back to the kitchen or somewhere in the back and the cash register was left alone again and myself worse place ever !!
