Always pleased with this establishment very good carnitas. I give it an A+ What made the carnita so darn good was not just the flavor there's not just one thing, it's all delicious. And I can't forget adding the chips they are perfectly cooked for the salsa. I'm getting hungry just writing this review.

I had friends come down from Oregon just to try your guys' wet burritos and they were beyond satisfied. Great job, and if you guys ever close down, I think that there would be alot of upset folks including myself...just sayin! Keep up the great work and to the cashier in the front, your service was exceptional! You do your job and then some.

We tried Los Establos Mexican Restaurant for takeout tonight, and it was amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and packed perfectly — nothing soggy or cold when we got home. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation, even for to-go orders.
The carnitas were incredible — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and the chips and salsa hit the spot too. It’s so nice having a local place where you can count on great food and friendly service, even when you’re just grabbing dinner to-go.
We’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon! 🌯🔥

Great hole in wall type of place. Worth a trip to get great Mexican fare. I had the tamale and rellenos combo. Twice what I can eat and best I’ve had in ages! Amazing home made salsas - order the chips and salsa. Check this place out. You’ll thank me Update! Hired them for a HUGE Burrito fest for our jobsite. Catering was outstanding! Crew loved it. Highly recommend the red salsa. Amazing food!

We had their crunchy tacos at a popup event in Truckee and they were literally the best I’ve ever had. They are a family run business and extremely kind people. 100% will be making a trip down to Cool for a taco extravaganza.

Really sad! This used to be our go to spot here. But the last 3 times we picked up food, it was not great. My wife had a burrito, and it had more other ingredients that the meat that was supposed to be in it. Just now, we got steak nachos, and I had a California burrito. There was a ton of unchewable meat in it! Very disappointed!!! Not sure we will go back after this happened for the 3rd time. We would rather support local businesses, but will go to Auburn in a heartbeat for our food.

The food taste old the quezadilla is super greasy the guacamole is old and test nasty and the waitress service is horrible I pay extra $3 for the ships and salsa and the salsa is horrible test like water no flavor and will never come back to this place bad super bad experience I will not recommend sorry
