Rosie's is a top notch restaurant and gem in the tiny town of Cool, quickly becoming the local go-to spot and a social gathering place. It offers a fun ambiance and a different kind of vibe that fits with the outdoors activities nearby. The space isn't very large, with just a couple tables inside and primarily outdoor dining, which is great at sun down with the breeze.
The food is delicious, fresh, and farm to fork style, obviously created with great care. The menu features super-seasonal small plates focusing on high-quality ingredients and has a little something for everyone. Dishes like the biscuits and gravy and the pumpkin bread pudding are incredible and amazing. It is the best Cool has to offer, hands down.
The drink selection is impressive and never disappoints. There is an awesome wine and beer club, a great glass, bottle, and tap selection, nicely priced wine options, and very good sangria. The seasonal peach cider is really fresh. With its friendly people and atmosphere, killer food and drink, it's easy to spend an entire afternoon on the patio.
