Baldi’s at Copper Valley

Unfortunately horrible experience

The Gold Country is a vast part of California. It covers 17 counties and many different types of communities, surprisingly not all are rural. Most of them are but even in some of the rural neighborhoods there are some real gem locations such as Murphy's and Copper Valley Town Center in Copperopolis. In the midst of Town Center is a restaurant called Baldi's, phone by Craig and Jennifer Baldi and the fabulous place to eat and enjoy a cocktail with your meal or some finger foods.

Chef Craig Is extremely personable and love sharing his foodie ideas with you. We had lunch there and it was incredible. I had a good old-fashioned American burger and it was probably one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, the bun was not oversized the cheese was very good match with the meat and it couldn't have been a better lunch.

Staff was awesome very friendly, outgoing and talkative and shared some secrets of the area with us as well.

Even though I live in the area I don't get out to that part of the Gold Country as much as I like to, But now I have a good reason to do that. If you get a chance to visit the restaurant do so it's well worth it in a short drive from Stockton and a straight shot from the Bay Area.

We loved this place the first time we went…2nd time we met the owner and he was so rude! We are big spenders usually but never going back again bc of the rude owner Craig! The food was basic but the ambiance was good.

Stayed one night here on our way North. Nice RV Park, river access, and a great dog area. Nice stopping place.

These guys do it up right. A lil pricey, but delicious.

Burgers, tacos and wings good, stay away from the crab salad, yes it’s real if u can find it. Good beer selection. Very friendly good service.

Great food Great service definitely will keep returning thats the best gourmet spicy fried chicken sandwich I've ever had i have eaten a lot of different spicy chicken sandwiches at many restaurants all over the bay area this one seems to be best definitely my favorite meal ?.

Tasty pork chop! And best french fries w aioli you ever had. Try the bbq chicken Cobb salad if you like blue cheese dressing. The rib eye is also la bamba if you are there on the days it’s on special! Good home cooking good portions good value overall

Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat flour so the salad no croutons and dressing on side is my go to meal

While working in the area had dinner here and ‘thank you grandma!’ for recommending this place. ? Jaime and Casey - the staff - are rock stars, and the food ? and beverages ? are top shelf. Far as I’m concerned, it’s the only place in this here town.
