Despite being a regular customer, I stopped in today to order a cup of coffee. 1 employee catted it up with a customer at the window, while another one who apparently likes to only be rude just stood there. When I was finally able to place my order I told them I would run over to the smoke shop while they made it, which I did and they did... nothing. I came back over 10 minutes later and it hadn't even been started. So when I told them I had to go let my driver know it wasn't even ready yet, that apparently was code for, NOT making my drink and helping instead more customers at the window. When I told her that to just forget about it, she rolled her eyes AT ME. This happened Sunday at 1100. You need to hire more POLITE and HELPFUL employees. The ones that are there Monday-Friday are excellent. You should scorch and burn the rude weekend crew!

This is a drive up place...so doesn't really have Atmosphere. I put it in the middle because I wasn't sure if I should put it at 1 star because there isn't really any or 5 stars because it isn't designed to have any. I would have given more stars if they weren't missing quite a few smoothy ingredients. I get that they are a coffee place, but missing menu items is problematic.

i came this morning around 8:30 and there was no one in line, i get to the window and i had to wait about 10 minutes for the girl got up and only did because i had to honk the horn. she was extremely RUDE! i don’t know if this the type of girls they allow to work for them but it’s disgusting !!!!! she was very self centered and acted like she couldn’t care less to be there if a job is that bad do not keep working there !!! for any one wonder who it was i had asked for her name and she told me it was sammie, she had black hair and was very short! if she is your barista he ready to have a BAD! experience at dayo, will not be coming back because of how poorly i was treated this morning by her 😡😡😡 I really hope the owners do better in the future with who they fire, i know they are losing customers because of her!

Stopped by this morning on my way out for work. Got there at 7:05, there was a car in the window receiving their drink and another car pulled in to the second window while I was there. I left at 7:24 with not one word exchanged between myself and the girl working. I saw her walk to the second window with one coffee cup and start punching in the order for that car, but with how long one coffee took her to make I could not risk being later for work. So sad that I want to support locally owned businesses, but I get better service at large chains.

Took 25 minutes to get 2 coffee with 1 car in front of us ,absoulty no excusse for drive Tru coffee to take so long ,won't be back to this location,customer service was disasitisfiying as well ,get your grounds together dayo in copper
Poor service always rude and sassy. Mykayla always gives the most attitude when you nicely let her know she doesnt make your order right. I came for a coffee not attitude.
