We stopped to eat from our way back to Fresno at Mi Pueblo Restaurant. The food is Great. Later that night, we realized that my fiancé forgot his wallet at the restaurant. The next day, we called the restaurant, and we spoke with one of the waitresses (SORRY I didn't get her name). She stated that they found the wallet and we could come back and pick up the wallet whenever. We are amazed how nowadays you can still find HONEST people in this world. Thank you Mi Pueblo restaurant, for saving the day!!

Great food and very attentive staff. The decor is a bit dated but it's clean. The posole is delicious and so are the burritos. Definitely a great spot to get up in copperopolis.
Ordered a bean dip appetizer and it did not come with chips, was told I needed to pay extra for chips. Appetizer should come with everything you need besides a fork to eat it with.
