They always get my order wrong!!!where is caramel on the tag? But they still added to my drink, no extra ice no extra creamer, the taste was so horrible!!! I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week they should know me better, im gonna be driving all the way to hanford they do know me there and always make my drink right!!! Adding a new picture today of what i got vs what i ordered, of course no extra ice! A lot of caramel no sweetener, all the opposite of what i wanted, this is sooo ridiculous!!! Always the same i wanted to give this starbucks a second chance, not worth it at all!!!

They had two employees. One of them was the slowest moving Starbucks employee I’ve ever seen in Starbucks history. We ordered ahead and when we arrived (after the promised “ready” time) it was not ready. We waited a while longer and still nothing. We ended up having to leave because we had to catch a train and nearly missed the train. Don’t order from here unless you’re able to order an hour ahead apparently since they hire employees that move like sloths.

The employee did not allow me to use the restroom. I shop at startbucks but today i just was passing by starbucks and needs to go to the restroom she said noooooo ;) I did not expect that this is the first time when I did not allowed 🚫 to use the restroom. 🚻 Shame Shame Shame.
