I love Taco Bell but less now than in the past. It's gotten expensive and the regular menu just isn't appetizing anymore. I wait for Promo items and get those since the regular menu is full of overpriced items that aren't as good as the stuff available for a limited time. The cheesy double beef burrito was $1 now it's almost 3 for a 3-4 bite burrito. The food tastes good but it's not at all worth the money.

The food and service were mediocre. The Chalupa shells seemed like they were cooked a few days before and served. They were also stale and greasy. The crunchy taco was actually good. The 5 layer burrito was good too. The drive through and restaurant seemed very slow. This restaurant is probably not one that I would return to, in the future. The shirt manager was not very helpful.

Make sure you check your food at window before you leave went to the door because they forgot my food and manager wanted me to go through drive through and wait in line uhh negative you forgot my food how hard is it to open door and give me my food.

It was lunchtime and I found myself in the middle of nowhere –Corcoran, California, when I spotted a Taco Bell, my favorite fast food restaurant. I decided to stop and order my favorite meal, the Crunchwrap Supreme. I began placing my order on the kiosk when I suddenly realized I needed to use the restroom urgently. I didn't think I could finish the order without having an accident, so I kindly asked the customer service representative behind the counter if I could use the restroom. I even explained to her that I was human, just like her, and that sometimes we have to go. However, she rudely demanded that I first make a purchase, and then walked away without taking my order. I had even explained that I intended to buy something, but I really needed to use the restroom immediately. Having worked in fast food for over three years myself, I never treated a customer this way.
Although I had planned to purchase a Crunchwrap and maybe some tacos, her lack of empathy made me reconsider. I ended up ordering the fastest item on the menu so that I could use the restroom and leave. It was frustrating because I really needed to go before placing my order. I wish she had been more understanding. This person lacked heart and compassion, and was clearly on a power trip. While I understand that there are policies in place, they should be applied depending on the situation. It's not like I was doing anything wrong or being rude. The good thing is I have never experienced anything like this at any other Taco Bell location.

Went out here for work and had just put a mobile order in and needed to use the restroom and the manager rudely smirks and saud customers only, I showed her I put an order in, and she proceeds to check all of her comps and said I dont see it. I said well I did can I use the restroom?! Finally verified that I put an order in then went and opened the door. Completely ridiculous
