First of all, the restaurant needs to be updated and Cleaned. The service sucks. Nobody needs to wait over 25 minutes for tacos when the place is empty… We’ve also ordered over the phone and still had to await our food for over 40 minutes. Food is mediocre, too dry, no flavor. Don’t waste your money here as this place lacks decency in flavor, cleanliness, and service.

I want to say customer service needs to improve. I had a lady name Vanessa talk back to me several times and will not stop. I paid with DC, and did not know I will be charge a fee for service. The scenario here is that I was new to the place and I did not see the note fee of .50 but the way she handle the situation was very disrespectful. Her sarcastic words “I ni modo ya se cobro, y me pesaba pagar .50. I respond to her to educated her left and that not the way to handle customer service.Request to speak to sup, or owner but refuse by saying nobody’s here. This person instead of staying quiet and understand the customer keep talking back to customer. The food is good I like it, but after this not sure going back. Thank u for reading.
