I was in line and the woman in front of me was so rude and out of line that I wanted to shut her up myself but the girls working handle her with a kind and even tone. And then proceeded to offer me a free drink for the wait , I declined but was blown away at how well they handled the Karen. Food was awesome.... I recommend getting the sandwiches but on a croissant.

Just sort of average bagels. Nothing bad, nothing special service wise here. Not much going on with atmosphere, appearance just sort of old and blah. To me when food places change prices and tape pieces of paper with scribled handwritten prices it looks unprofessional. The cream cheese tasted like it was old, not spoiled though. It could probably be something better with new management

I have been coming here for years, the bagels are typically good. With that being said, today I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese it was $5.00. Last week I ordered the same thing it was $4.50. Which made me look at the menu board. It had bagels priced at $2.25 so I asked the cashier how much a bagel cost because the board said $2.25. She said the bagel is $2.25. So I said OK, the board says its $1 to add cream cheese, she said yes, but it's an additional charge if I want them to cut my bagel and an additional charge if I want the bagel toasted. I felt a little ripped off, it's like ordering $5 avocado toast on a menu somewhere and them telling you that's the base price if you want the bread sliced that's $1, if you want the bread toasted that's an extra $1 and if you want avocado that's another $2. I have never been to any other bagel shop, coffee house or cafe that nickel and dimes you this hard. I just thought I would let people know the bagels and sandwiches are good but be aware of all the extra charges for something as simple as cutting a bagel in half.

I purchased 4 blueberry bagels this morning as I do every Monday morning. This time the bagels were not great. They were very hard and not fresh. I called to let the owner know and that I would like to return them for new ones. She said she will do it this time, but she does not want me to buy from her store again and hung up on me. I was floored! What type of customer service was that. I would never go back to this store!
Trash. Drove an hour here and itās closed at 12:45pm when their signs say they close at 2pm.

service is bad, they dont want to slice the bagel even when they are not busy at all. I would understand if they are busy and want to move the line, but when is only one client and no line at all ??. They should care more about clients.

I've been coming here for years, but this was my first time back after the remodel and they must have new owners because the woman working the counter let me stand there for several minuets without acknowledging me, then proceeded to tell be she "[doesn't] know how to make 'open face, we don't do that here. I have nothing to put it on..."
I won't be returning, and I would suggest that anyone who desires bagels probably shouldn't go here because they don't even know how to make bagels.
