I was in line and the woman in front of me was so rude and out of line that I wanted to shut her up myself but the girls working handle her with a kind and even tone. And then proceeded to offer me a free drink for the wait , I declined but was blown away at how well they handled the Karen. Food was awesome.... I recommend getting the sandwiches but on a croissant.
Just sort of average bagels. Nothing bad, nothing special service wise here. Not
much going on with atmosphere, appearance just sort of old and blah. To me when food places change prices and tape pieces of paper with scribled handwritten prices it looks unprofessional. The cream cheese tasted like it was old, not spoiled though.
It could probably be something better with new management
