What kind of cheese does a restaurant use that doesnāt melt? It should melt, but not the cheese in the enchiladas. The food is terrible. Growing up in southern California, Iāve had good Mexican food. Avoid this place because itās not authentic. If a Mexican restaurant canāt use real cheese, avoid it.

I give this place 1 star cuz if not then I can't put what I want to say. I actually give no starts food tasted horrible the meat was cold, the drinks have no taste all water down. This place is old and need to be tourn down and built again it's to old and nasty. The bathroom has a big whole on the ceiling. Definitely not place I'll ever go to again ever. Then to top it off the TV that they have on was playing a movie were the girl was literally naked the whole time I was there, not a very good thing to have in in a family restaurant.

AWESOME food, Alberto's is a name I don't see anymore in Los Angeles, as soon as I saw it I pulled over and indulged. The daytime (male) cashier thursday 29 Aug 2024 should own the place, he treats it like he cares about everything, food, drink, CLEANLINESS, and very attentive, if hes not the owner, he needs a raise, someone will offer him a raise and a job, hes that could.
