Food was OK. Everything could have used a dusting of salt. But the wait was ridiculous. I ordered at 1:20, there was only 1 other person waiting for food. I got my food at 1:55. 35 min wait for 3 tenders and fries is crazy. The tender (3) combo was $13, and did not include a drink. Probably won't return.

The food is fantastic. Perfectly done chicken, perfect spice and heat, soft bun, and good sauce.
The Waffle is incredible and the Mac and Cheese is delicious.
The best part of Al’s is the service. There was a small mixup with my order and the Manager went above and beyond offering a free drink and free Mac and Cheese because I had to wait just a few extra minutes. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant.
The inside could be a little cleaner, but as a take-out orderer, easy 5 stars.

Mi whole family came to try this place … the flavors are so ? yummy… I highly recommend this chicken ? place … i was seated and behind me a big group of young people was take about the chicken also … I really can say we enjoy the place

I’ve tried the medium, hot, and extra hot chicken. The hot and extra hot are my favorite but every level of hotness is tasty.
If you want a comfortable chicken tensest - maybe do the hot. For a spicy sandwich, the extra hot would be good if you’re into that. It has Cole slaw - which you can ask to remove.
Fries are seasoned! Love me some seasoned fries!
Also, I really dig the Al’s honey sauce. It’s kind of like the Chick Fil A sauce but it doesn’t taste as processed.

Good: amazing employees, pearl sugar waffles
Bad: weird smell, a bit dirty, super sticky tables (they were clean just sticky from residue), chicken was tough and dry and badly needed salt. Mac and cheese was spicy (I guess I should have guessed but menu gave no indication) my two littles kids could eat it as it was too spicy for them.

When I first walked in I was greeted by the owner and his 2 daughters. Ordered 3 mild sandwiches and fries. Owner was very generous gave me 3 sauces each meal. This food is made to order, which means it comes out fresh. Waited about 10-15 for the food but well worth it. Food came out hot, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I am definitely coming back. Nice family owned business. Place was clean, service was great, and food was AMAZING.
