Food was OK. Everything could have used a dusting of salt. But the wait was ridiculous. I ordered at 1:20, there was only 1 other person waiting for food. I got my food at 1:55. 35 min wait for 3 tenders and fries is crazy. The tender (3) combo was $13, and did not include a drink. Probably won't return.

The food is fantastic. Perfectly done chicken, perfect spice and heat, soft bun, and good sauce.

The Waffle is incredible and the Mac and Cheese is delicious.

The best part of Al’s is the service. There was a small mixup with my order and the Manager went above and beyond offering a free drink and free Mac and Cheese because I had to wait just a few extra minutes. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant.

I didn't get to order because what I wanted wasn't available. However, the cashier at the counter was very professional and extremely kind. So I wanted to leave 5 stars for great customer service. I was in the area and wanted to try something different. Hopefully, next time around, the items posted are available :)
