Good experience at this establishment. Staffing was helpful and professional. Beer was extra cold food was good. Restrooms could use a little help.
Went for all you can eat special. The refill portions are kind of small, but they keep them coming. Drink special was a great value and tasty.

I stopped here after coming down from the Big Bear area only having to be delayed 2 hours due to a road closure and a fire. It was kind of frazzled. My server was wonderful. See you just did a perfect margarita and she was right. It was a perfect! I ordered up the chicken, potato and broccoli dish. It is always just delicious! Definitely did not disappoint. There is one gentleman server. I wish I would have got his name. He had a wonderful smile. I told him that I appreciated this smile and it made him even smile more. And every time he walked by we giggled as we smiled at one another. His kindness mattered! He and my server and just the whole experience was a perfect way to calm down before returning home. Thank you guys!

It was just Applebee's food. The food was good. The service was better 😊 We had to wait a bit for the hostess to greet us. But over all it was a nice lunch ☺️

It had been years since we had gone to an Applebees. But we wanted to try one again and we were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at 11:30 for lunch and were essentially given our choice of where we wanted to sit. We chose a booth towards the far side opposite of the entrance and enjoyed the quiet. As the restaurant filled, we had a grandmother with a 3 year old on one side of us and 2 couples behind us .... and it was still at a low noise level. It turns out that Applebees was offering a $26 special for a mix and match of 2 entrees. My wife also wanted the fried Mozzarella appetizer but thought it silly to order it too. But the special included both her and my regular entrees AND the appetizer for just $26 that included that appetizer. So we ended up getting $40 worth of food for a bargain price. And the special is for the regular sized entrees, not a down-sized portion. And it was delicious! My wife had the Cheeseburger and I had the Oriental Salad. Both were huge. If you haven't see their food, look online at the online menu. It shows them and you get exactly what you see. The menu is quite attractive as well as extensive and with relatively reasonable prices. We also enjoyed a bottle of Clos du Bois Chardonnay. (Btw, it is rated a "92" so it is very good; and for you casual wine drinkers it is Oaky Buttery smooth not a Fruity Sweet.) You can order it by the glass but we like it by the bottle. That wine has a screw top (which is actually a superior sealing technique than cork). But being somewhat of a wine enthusiast, MAKE SURE that they "present" and open the bottle in front of you. We were told they do not normally do so. But would you accept a bottle of beer that had been opened at a restaurant in Tijuana? So don't accept a bottle of wine opened away from your ability to see it opened here either. And there are other good reasons for demanding your wine be accepted by you and opened in front of you. Many bottles from the same winery look nearly identical other than the name of the varietal. I have ordered Chardonnays and been served Sauvignon Blancs. Guess what? I ream out the server for not knowing how to present or serve a bottle of wine and then send the wrong bottle back. So not only is it proper, it saves the restaurant money by not alloseintg them to make a mistake. My wife's Cheeseburger was as delicious as it was HUGE. And on Applebees receipt they even showed that it was cooked to 165 degrees and mildly pink. Perfect for our tastes. It was served with fresh French fries, tomato and dill pickle slices and a slab of onion. All the fixings. My Oriental Chicken Salad had lots of freshly cooked (but chilled) sliced cubes of Chicken, even with grill marks. It was more than HUGE. It was ENORMOUS. And while you can have it already mixed with the Oriental dressing, you can also have that on the side. I like to eat food the way the Chef prepares it so I had mine mixed and it was wonderful. And it came with a thick soft garlic bread stick that was mildly salted on the outside and really good. The Fried Mozzarella Sticks were also very good and served with both Ranch Dressing and Tomato Sauce Dips. Very good but it just couldn't compare with either of our entrees as wonderful as they were. Our Server seemed to inherently know how fast/slow we wanted to enjoy our meal. "Sara", our server was very pleasant and "Cat", the manager came over several times to make sure we were enjoying things. Btw, Cat had to approve the opening of the bottle at the table ... but she had no issue making that change. And she really appreciated learning from me some wine presentation nuances. I would ask you to demonstrate to you just how well (and properly) your bottle of wine can be served. We enjoyed both of them. Finally, I read ALL of the reviews for this Applebees before I wrote my review. First, they all seemed somewhat dated. And they did not go to the detail of mine. Had I made my decision to go there based solely on the other reviews, I pro

Small yet cozy & friendly, & clean restrooms. Ordered lime chicken grill plate but the Spanish rice was dehydrated! Although it wasn't busy, I had to wait for my to-go order of 1 other item over 30 minutes 🤔😒

I called to see what the wait time was... but according to the mansger, they could not give me the wait time over the phone. Lol, ridiculous!
I had the classic cheeseburger with fries. The food was hot and tasty! We also ordered the chicken wontons but those were not brought to our table until after we had eaten our food. The server apologized and said it was her fault. That's really the only reason I'm giving three stars for service..... Other than that everyone was very attentive and our food was hot when it arrived. I'm giving three stars ambience which In my opinion, is top tier reading for a restaurant of this caliper..... Hopefully that doesn't sound pretentious.
