Had an early dinner with my mom and aunt and my mom didn't care for the steak she had ordered because it was well done when she asked for it to be medium well. She had them take it back and asked for the riblet plate instead and the manager named Cate I believe took the steak off our bill along with the riblets because she felt bad about my mom not being able to eat them at the same time me and my aunt were enjoying our meals.
THAT'S a perfect example of good customer service ⭐️

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED in this place. I had an order 8/24, my steak was hard & dry, my dessert was melted & to top it off i complained because i truly wasn’t satisfied. THE STORE MANGER CALLED ME to make this right & offer to “make up to us” by offering us a refund in a form of an Applebees gift card of what we spent… TA DAAAAA, STILL WAITING ON THAT SO CALLED GIFTCARD! It’s one thing to try & help your customers, but to LEAD THEM ON ABOUT A REFUND AND GIFTCARD IS CRAZY. DONT GO HERE.
