I asked for a shake half chocolate half. Strawberry, and when they gave me my shake, they mixed the chocolate industry up. Charge me 75 cents more and it was nasty. And the old white lady was trying to be funny by gi me. A combination of 75 ketchups, Havener sauce and hot sauce packets, literally 75.

Place is a joke, I ordered my food and charged for it and was to have door dash delive and I was only 8 minutes away from the restaurant. The driver said he wasn't going to deliver it because he wasn't getting enough to drive 9 minute. so he returned it. I called bakers and nothing about sending a new order or how can we help, just we will refund you and will take 3-5 days. so I wasted my complete lunch hour bec lazy pieces of crap who don't want to work a little to get paid. no wonder why this country is so shitty.

Bring back the old CEO please! The new changes are bad. They changed the tortillas, tacos shells are stale, fries are hard and stale and now a different color, burger bread is hard, only thing still original are the real ice cream shakes. I've been a bakers fan from childhood and the old ceo kept bakers consistent, these new changes from the new CEO are going to ruin the chain and brand. I guarantee it. Won't be going here again unless it's for a shake.
i am not sure why their food taste so different from the other bakers that i have been... esp the pollo asada burrito the chicken was so dry!!!!! Drive thru took really long sat there for 20 minutes. Not sure if its just because there was an issue with the car in front of us but when we got to the window we got our order right away. Service: taking the order and the staff by the window were really nice and apologized for the wait. Reason for my 3 starBut will not try this place again

Finally got a chance to try Baker's, since we don't have them in Orange county. The worker was very friendly and offered up some great suggestions. We ended up ordering the Cali chicken club, Honey Sriracha chicken, Monterey Double, fries, tots, and an horchata shake. The chicken sandwiches were good, nothing special but good. The bacon was a bit salty and the buns started falling apart. The fries were the weakest part of the meal but the tots were nice and crispy. The shake was good but a bit too sweet, definitely good though. Would definitely like to try one of their burritos or tacos next time we are in Riverside County.
