Gem of a place. The atmosphere is truly priceless and would be worth a thousand Michelin stars if rating it was possible because a place like this cannot be recreated with money. You can feel all the love in this home, in the ingredients, and in the cooking.

Food is incredibly fragrant and flavorful. The guava juice is made from the guava grown in the frontyard. The family was so nice they even gave us some fresh guava from the tree

I love this place, found them on the FoodNome app last year-always a treat. My children took me to the Mother's Day brunch and it was amazing, the food was delicious, the best Chilaquiles, costilla's en salsa roja y verde, Menudo, agua de Guavaya, Cafe de la Olla just to mention a few, she set the table, forget the calorie count, it doesn't matter. Well known chef and no consistent schedule, but well worth the drive. You can set up your time and food when available and show up to be seated once there. We had the chilaquiles and they were so flavorful and made with quality ingredients. The sauce is made from scratch and full of flavors... Cafe de olla also 5/5. I don't usually like coffee like this but will have it from here.
