I order two layered sundaes from here through DoorDash and it looked nothing like the picture (false advertising) . It legit had the smallest two half little scoops of ice cream (pictures don’t do Justice) I’ve ordered this specific item before and it’s always filled to the top , but this time they got stingy since they knew it was a DoorDash order . Also I paid $26 for both which is ridiculous. And when I tried calling them to make a complaint their phone was disconnected.

People were nice and the ice cream was good The bathroom however looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a bit. The urinal is disgusting, there's a layer of dirt and dust on the toilet paper holder and splatter on the toilet.

Staff was okay but the amount of ice-cream i got was ridiculous. I paid for double scoop and I got single scoop worth. This is 7 dollars…. Usually the staff will try to give you a decent scoop to make it look plentiful. Feels like 2 small scoops to me.

Huge thank you to Hannah!! She always gives me ideas on what I should try next! I have been here multiple times for the past couple months since moving to eastvale and she’s always so helpful and patient with my kids, I get sad when she isn’t there. Definitely don’t see her as often is I used to but I drove past the store today and it made me think of her. Also the location is pretty clean and maintained compared to other baskin robbins I have been to!

I used to come here all the time with my niece and it was wonderful. I would always purchase our ice cream cakes for our family events from here too. I moved away for a few years and recently moved back and came back here to get an ice cream cake for my niece's birthday. The vibe and service has completely changed. They hired kids who you can tell hate being there because they were unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. I came in on Saturday, October 1 at 3:30pm. They was a line of customers and one of the employees was just standing behind the counter ignoring customers. I waited in line, picked an ice cream cake and took it to the counter to pay. I asked if they could write "happy birthday" on the cake and she said no. I then asked if I could pay for the cake and someone else would come to pick it up in a hour (because it was a gift for her). She said no. Well, I won't be coming back here anymore. We went to Cold Stone and they were so helpful and wonderful! Got am ice cream cake ordered and will continue going to Cold Stone instead.

I went to Baskin Robbins to pick up my birthday cake and I was treated very rude. I was trying to take a photo of the cake and was told not to put my camera over the cake like I was being talked down to like a small child and did not appreciate that kind of treatment since I am the customer. The other employee that was taking my payment tries to over charge me for the cake and I told her politely that is the wrong price then at the close of the sale she threw my receipt at me like telling someone to get lost. That’s not customer service. If they don’t like their job go find some other work
I got some toppings on my cookies and cream and they game me toe nails. Yum

I ordered a mangonada from there at near around 9:00 oclock tonight. I literally would have been in the hospital if i drank this drink. The utter disrespect and disregard for human safety here is unreal. The little special ed girl who made it had to pull out a instruction book to make it. And she dumped 90 percent chamoy in it literally took to sips and threw it in the trash when i got home. Would have given me health issues gaurantee. Stay away from this place
