Happy wife happy life. We stopped in. The place was clean service was good. The ice cream was delicious. I was surprised that there was a sandwich shop inside too. I did drop my first cone on the floor and they replaced it for free. The location is in the far corner of the shopping center it's kinda hidden away from view. There is outside seating too. I recommend this location whole heartedly.

Went to buy individual ice cream cups for family of five. There was no chocolate ice cream, jamocha ice cream, or cookies and cream. They should've told us they were out of so many popular flavors. After navigating ordering alternative flavors, I go to pay with a gift card and they tell me gift cards for Baskin Robbins is not working. Just a comedy of errors at this location and so now they have lost a long time customer. Customer service is definitely lacking and some additional training is needed.

We ordered 2 cakes, one for my 50th birthday and one for my family. Both same size each with different stuff written on them. They called a could couple of days before to confirm what we wanted written on them. The day we picked them up we got 2 different cakes. Neither one had anything written on them and one was decorated incorrectly. They said they were confused and so they didn't decorate them. We had no time to wait and try get the mistake corrected because we had family waiting at the house. This was very disappointing. Won't be going back every again. Also they were very unapologetic about the whole situation which was a slap in the face. Bad service makes good food taste bad. Guess we will go somewhere else next time.

I tried to order a cake from you today bc of the lovely work you did last time...however, the young man on the phone didn't even want to try & take my order. He said that he really doesn't know what he's doing & recommended that I should order from another store. I tried to order online before calling, but the website kept freezing at checkout. Looks, like I will take your employees advice & take my business elsewhere. It's too bad bc I did enjoy your previous work.
