Baskin Robbins is a bit expensive but if you find a place with congenital people it makes it a lot more worth it to visit. The owner of this location is a courteous gentleman and I believe some of the staff are likewise friendly family members.

Do not go here unless you want bad customer service. I have been in there before with my family since it is our neighborhood Baskin Robin's but it is was dirty. I still got ice cream giving them the benefit of a doubt since it was a busy day. Today I called asking questions on an ice cream cake I want made and the owner hung up on me. I called again and asked him why he hung up and claims the call disconnect (let's be real calls don't just get disconnected like they use to). I proceeds to ask how long in advance I would need to place and order and he seemed upset that I was even inquiring. I explained that the online site shows I could have a cake made as soon as tomorrow and he said that is incorrect and won't be available until Sunday 4 days later. I was so upset with his service over the phone I am done going to this establishment.

This place is dirty. I just saw one of the workers cleaning ice cream off the floor with a rag then using that same rag to clean the tables without even rinsing the rag. The person scooping my ice cream looked like they hadn't washed their hands all day. Was really dirty. Noticed dirt under finger nails. The person wasn't even wearing gloves scooping my ice cream if his hands are that dirty looking. There's more gross & dirty counters all around

Craving an ice cream got here at 11:00 and the store was closed. Waited till 11:15 and they never opened. Hours say there open 11:00 to 10:00 PM

The ice cream place said that it would open at 11:00AM, bruh. The shop instead opened up WAAAAAAAY later on then it said it would. Time is precious, we only had 25 minutes of lunch and my friend and I wanted ice cream, we needed calories. We were about to be your number one customer for 4 weeks in a row, but y'all lacking. The shop didn't even have anyone in it! The lights were off and everything. I will NEVER come here again. Definitely do not recommend.

If you love ice cream then you'll definitely want to go here! I usually get a milkshake using the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and then add a banana. MMMMM!!

The ice cream was good but my banana royals was made w 2kid scoops Not happy to get less ice cream the one in Eastvale is my favorite!!!... not coming here again
Went in to bask in Robbins today (Valentine's Day) and my boyfriend were browsing the flavors and we decided to taste the caramel turtle truffle and good thing we took a closer look because there was some sort of dead insect was INSIDE OF THE ICECREAM ! ... but it gets worse .. we let the employee know and he proceeds to grab an icecream scooper and scoop the bug out of the container instead of replacing the whole entire thing ... wtf so gross ! We left

Unsanitary and Terrible service do not eat here. Owner was on the phone the entire time while taking our order, I asked for a scoop of baseball nut he proceeded to scoop it out but it was so soft he could barely scoop it out and it did not taste right, I asked for a different flavor and he then dupped my ALREADY tasted scoop BACK into the original icream container!!! He used the same cup to scoop a different flavor into unwilling to give me a different cup. Seriously so grossed out I didnt want to eat my ice cream and mad that terrible experinced cost me $7.

I walked in and litteraly left with out buying anything as the service (from the owner!) was terrible. I get that its Thanksgiving but dont open if you dont want to. First and last visit ever.
