Baskin-Robbins

I went in yesterday 9/5 around 1:30 to get ice cream and Veronica was helping me. First of all when I entered the store no one greeted me and when Veronica finally decided to help me her tone was very unpleasant and she made me feel like I was burdening her by being there. I was respectful the whole duration of my order and was extremely patient but she made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. I really do hope this was just a rough day for the store because I do not thing a big franchise such as this would allow such poor customer service to go unnoticed. I do hope there are repercussions for her actions and I hope she is spoken to by a manager. Just a very unattractive experience which makes me want to go to a different store for sure next time. If anyone is reading reviews I definitely recommend going to a different location.

We were told we have to order online, so we did, then we go and get the order, come home, it’s missing one sundae, the Oreo one, then we send my FIL back to get it back, we called and she immediately said “we are out of Oreos” we said well you didn’t say anything ? She quickly says oh yeah it was a mistake and then nothing she said nothing else, she knew exactly why we were calling, have a feeling they said oh since we were out of Oreos they said who cares they won’t call, LAZY. Anyways so we were like well what do you want to do about it do you want a refund or another sundae, so I said well I just want one scoop then I just want the gold medal ribbon, she said okay and toppings ? I said I don’t want toppings I just want one scoop can you refund the difference ? She said oh I can’t refund you, HUH??? So I was like well then never mind just refund the whole thing and then she goes oh we can’t do that ….. BUT YOU JUST SAID …,,,,,, WHAT. I ended up with a $10 ice cream of something I didn’t want, all because they wanted to be lazy and lie their way out of it, to not refund us after all of that is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not one to complain over ice cream but it’s the principle of the matter. Get better more mature employees, they were laughing in the background too. Children. Immature as heck.

Baskin Robbins is always yum but wanted to give a shout out to the owner of this location. He’s always willing to donate ice cream certificates to the local schools and community events. When the kids ask to get a scoop I’m happy to support a great Corona establishment that gives back to the community. Thanks James!

This place is a great ice cream shop to go to if you are going to try new things. When I first went there I was supposed to find lots of different ice creams there. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because they were out of stock on their waffle cones but other than that I would come here again

Really tasty ice cream

I brought my service dog in here with me as we were finishing training at the park right next door. The ladies at the counter let me wait in line, and then when it was my turn, did not serve me because I had my dog with me. My animal was well behaved on leash right beside me, and employee didn’t bother to ask me if my dog was a service animal. I didn’t argue - me and my doggy took our business somewhere else, where they happily served us. I understand companies have regulations, but this irked me so much I won’t be coming back. When it’s 95 degrees outside I shouldn’t have to leave my service animal in the car for a scoop of ice cream that takes two minutes to serve.

It is a place if you want to cool off

The staff here is very friendly and the location is clean! We love walking here in the evenings and getting the boys ice cream! They particularly love the Creature Creations - tonight they both got the alien creature creation with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. My husband got a mint chip ice cream shake and it’s good every time!!! I can’t wait to the next celebration to get a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake! The Baskin Robbins in South Corona of the Mountain Gate Marketplace is the BR to go to!

We love going to this particular establishment. Kaylee is very sweet and does a wonderful job in helping us!

I usually don’t review chains as they tend to be similar a different locations, but I have had some really good service here every time I have come in. They tend to get busy, but the you g people working behind the counter do a great job in keeping the line moving without making you feel rushed.
