0 Stars for me and my experience here. I brought my parents and my 3 and 1 year old daughters. My daughter wanted the unicorn hat to go with the ice cream and asked for it in a cone, straight away the lady working said "no you have to get it in a cup to get the hat" so I said okay I'll buy it in the cup and get an ice cream cone on the side. She said "okay but the cone is an extra charge" I said that's fine. In total I paid for the cup of ice cream the cone and my ice cream, I then asked if I could possibly get an extra hat so my other daughter wouldn't feel left out, we had already bought plenty of ice cream and I knew my girls weren't going to eat it all so they shared. The lady quickly said "no you have to buy another cup of ice cream to get a hat." My mom then went and asked again if it was possible to maybe even purchase one, she said "no you have to buy another cup of ice cream if you want a hat". My dad being the grandfather he is asked to speak to a manager and if he could purchase another hat for my youngest, the guy that was working there was about to go get us one and said "yes of course", and the lady (manager working) quickly stopped him and said no each hat is accounted for they have to buy another ice cream. This lady had no problem giving us TWO of the cups but only hat to which she said each cup and hat were accounted for. I'm sorry but these women working here just wanted to be difficult and RUDE. Never going back here. The guy that was working manages other 31 flavors and proceeded to meet us outside to apologize for their behavior which was very much professional and appreciated!

Baskin Robbins is always yum but wanted to give a shout out to the owner of this location. He’s always willing to donate ice cream certificates to the local schools and community events. When the kids ask to get a scoop I’m happy to support a great Corona establishment that gives back to the community. Thanks James!

FYI it's extremely rude to shut the lights off and kick paying customers & families with young children out of your establishment just 5 minutes after they've ordered and before they've even had a chance to finish their ice cream just because you want to go home. At the very least a heads up before we ordered would have been nice so we didn't have to stand in the cold with our kid eating ice cream. The hours on here say this establishment closes at 10 but apparently you close at 9:30 - nice! Going through the reviews I can see I'm not the only one who's had a negative experience with the young girls working here, I hope the owner realizes sooner rather than later.

Since they opened this place is amazing. Great and fast service. Our school awards are always for this location. They always have specials too. Parking can get busy.

Went with a friend after hanging at at a local park last winter! I felt bad as it was pretty empty-though to be fair December is generally not the season for ice cream. The cashier was very nice and was generous in the size of my ice cream scoop my goodness! It was a pleasant place to sit and eat our ice cream inside.

This place is a great ice cream shop to go to if you are going to try new things. When I first went there I was supposed to find lots of different ice creams there. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because they were out of stock on their waffle cones but other than that I would come here again

Been coming here in the past 5 years since moving to Corona. They have been consistently good. Yes, it does get pretty packed after school / dinner time (I blame this to lack of other choices in the area). Price is reaching a ridiculous level with the shake nearing $10 and kid scoop $5, but it's really the norm everywhere now days. I'd give this place 3 stars for the store itself but added 1 star because the franchisee does an excellent job connecting with the city and CNUSD to do lots of fundraiser activities.

Was the only person in line, took about 10 minutes to get a milkshake which really was just 2 cups of milk and a small scoop of ice cream. Very disappointing!

I brought my service dog in here with me as we were finishing training at the park right next door. The ladies at the counter let me wait in line, and then when it was my turn, did not serve me because I had my dog with me. My animal was well behaved on leash right beside me, and employee didn’t bother to ask me if my dog was a service animal. I didn’t argue - me and my doggy took our business somewhere else, where they happily served us. I understand companies have regulations, but this irked me so much I won’t be coming back. When it’s 95 degrees outside I shouldn’t have to leave my service animal in the car for a scoop of ice cream that takes two minutes to serve.
Wow. Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I've been here a few times - including recently. Have never experienced bad service or ice cream here. I actually much prefer it to the other one nearby. I've only been in the evenings around 7/8 pm or so. Too bad - I don't doubt the other reviews just never experienced it myself. I only order ice cream in a cup usually so the orders are not too difficult either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The staff here is very friendly and the location is clean! We love walking here in the evenings and getting the boys ice cream! They particularly love the Creature Creations - tonight they both got the alien creature creation with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. My husband got a mint chip ice cream shake and it’s good every time!!! I can’t wait to the next celebration to get a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake! The Baskin Robbins in South Corona of the Mountain Gate Marketplace is the BR to go to!
