There was barely any meat on my husbands prime rib. The pizza was undercooked and doughy, despite having asked for it well done. Waitress seems over worked (I do not blame the waitress for this, as this has occurred multiple other visits and always seems to be the case where we have to wait for and flag down the server to ask for something such as silverware, dressing missing from the order, drink refill).

I had a server named Mia, I do not recommend getting her as your server. I came New Year's Eve and spent around $120 for everything, we got checked on every 20 minutes and after receiving our food did not get forks spoons and napkins when or after receiving our food. I had to get up and ask another server for them. Then I had to get up once again for napkins. And never got checked on and not even the bare minimum. If I do go again I'm hoping for a better experience and definitely a different server.

This place could be so good. It has a large menu and good specials. Happy hour allows for good bites and drinks are great. Management in the restaurant is clueless. The servers take your order and that's the last time you see them. Hard to get drink refills, silverware or ketchup because they don't come back. That's the runner that brings the food. But they drop and go, ask your server, but she doesn't return. Twice they have not been able to use an Open Table reward visa card for payment. Server has never seen one, manager trys to help but can't do it either. But you're an Open Table restaurant...Time for better people to work and manage your restaurant. This isn't a one time issue, it's a people problem most visits.

Our server Maryann was amazing. We had a large group and she was so efficient. Restaurant was busy and food still came out quickly.

The food was decent, but even for a Saturday night, we waited quite a while for everything, even drinks. Our server also seemed almost bothered to be serving our table. We also didn't receive food items we ordered, and we had to ask for it to be removed from our receipt.

The pizza was dry and hard to cut through. I had to ask our server 3 times to get a refill for my water cup. The server also never brought my beer which I eventually just asked her to cancel. The manager was nice and comped our pizza. The food wasn't great and the service wasn't very good. We probably won't return. We did get a pizookie and that was delicious per usual.

We Sat outside and it seemed like we were forgotten more than once, had to ask for things repeatedly and main dishes took a while to arrive!
I had the Tri-Tip for dinner. It was the toughest piece of meat I have had in quite some time.

We waited an hour to get our food! Once it came 4 out of 8 of our plates were the wrong order! The pizza I got was so cold, we couldn't eat it. We had to wait 15 min for utensils, after we got our food. Never coming here again

This restaurant is going downhill food quality and table service is lousy we came here and waited for our food almost 55 minutes Plus a waitress walking by us broke a glass shatterd right next to me woow Let the manager knows she had no clue what had happened she's acting dumb She kind of ignored me and moved on to something else whoever is running this business is going to bring it to the ground me and my company are not coming back to this location again until they fix the management good luck
