I hate when i plan a pick up order with enough time plan ahead and things don’t go as planned i ask for my order not done correct i didn’t notice till i got home with my food and the service people also don’t attend you right away they just stare and most of the time i come i catch them just standing around

We used to really enjoy BJ’s—my family and I have had many great meals here with good food and service. Unfortunately, our experience last night was disappointing. I ordered a pizza, and it arrived cold, as if it had come from the refrigerator instead of fresh out of the oven. On top of that, the service was noticeably slow. I hope this was just an off night, but it left us pretty dissatisfied.

Dinning in, the service is great. If you choose to pick-up, it is the worst place. I usually order here because the food is good, but there are many times we just choose pick it up. The last 5 times there will be 2 people behind the cashier pick up area, and no one will help you, even with eye contact. I feel like even when the app tells you it's ready, going there is another 10 minutes to get someone's attention. Going home the food is already cold. To be honest the service is so bad I don't want to come back for awhile.

Everytime I pick up they ignore me, make eye contact and ignore me. I've no idea what I've done to piss them off. I can walk up to the register, they'll ignore me. I usually have to yell for help until I get acknowledged. Service is 1/5. Don't feel welcomed, last time I'll be there.

We decided to try BJ's again even after our last bad experience where we ordered drinks and entrée at the same time and the entrée came first, then the salad and then the drinks. This time we made a point of ordering our drinks first and then our salad and entrée when the wine arrived. We specifically asked the waiter to serve the salad first and when we finished them, then the entrée. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The entrees came out first and we sent them back because we asked for the salads first. Then, before we were finished with the salads, they brought out the entrees again. We said not ready. So, they tried one more time and they tried to serve us the same plates that were cold and the prime rib was dry looking. We asked for fresh plates of food which we got. We never got our pizookie desserts and the waiter never took my phone number for my rewards even though I asked him when he first took our order.
