I was extremely disappointed in the pork chop and also with the ribeye steak. The salad was great and the tortilla soup was great. We did reserve a booth, and they made sure we had one so that was cool. We were sitting close to the exit door and when I looked behind us, the countertop was filled with dust. In fact with my finger I wrote the word dusty right on it. I don't know, it had been a while since I had been there and a total of four people Paid away too much for the two items as I mentioned. The quality was just not good. I might give it another try and not order those higher and items. Maybe they specialize more in sandwiches and burgers, and also soup and salad.

We had a birthday celebration for our brother at the BJ's in Corona CA. Our party of 12 were very comfortable in the area the host sat us at and we had enough room for all. Our server, Scott was excellent, he attended to our needs without any hesitations, thank you Scott. The restaurant was ideal for our large group and at the end we all were very happy with the food and service. I My sister and I ordered the salmon, and that was delicious. Two people ordered the baby back ribs, and that was excellent too. All in all everything was great.

I hate when i plan a pick up order with enough time plan ahead and things don’t go as planned i ask for my order not done correct i didn’t notice till i got home with my food and the service people also don’t attend you right away they just stare and most of the time i come i catch them just standing around

We used to really enjoy BJ’s—my family and I have had many great meals here with good food and service. Unfortunately, our experience last night was disappointing. I ordered a pizza, and it arrived cold, as if it had come from the refrigerator instead of fresh out of the oven. On top of that, the service was noticeably slow. I hope this was just an off night, but it left us pretty dissatisfied.

Dinning in, the service is great. If you choose to pick-up, it is the worst place. I usually order here because the food is good, but there are many times we just choose pick it up. The last 5 times there will be 2 people behind the cashier pick up area, and no one will help you, even with eye contact. I feel like even when the app tells you it's ready, going there is another 10 minutes to get someone's attention. Going home the food is already cold. To be honest the service is so bad I don't want to come back for awhile.

Everytime I pick up they ignore me, make eye contact and ignore me. I've no idea what I've done to piss them off. I can walk up to the register, they'll ignore me. I usually have to yell for help until I get acknowledged. Service is 1/5. Don't feel welcomed, last time I'll be there.

We're the kind of diners who value good flow and attention to detail—like being given plates and utensils automatically, especially when appetizers are served. No side plates were provided for the appetizers, which made sharing inconvenient. Overall, it wasn't a terrible meal, but it didn't meet the standard we expect from a full-service restaurant. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the guest experience.
