*Update* Used to be good. No good boba here. Too pricy not worth it. Very horrible customer service. They don’t care about the customer. It was already pricey. Now after coming here again after a few weeks I received terrible service with 3 different flavors that did not taste good at all. RIP

love this place, it’s my favorite place to get boba (my personal favorite is a peach smoothie and a strawberry smoothie) I just saw there new gojo painting i loved it. All the workers have been VERY friendly, the atmosphere is so nice and they play stray kids (also other kpop groups) it’s by far the most amazing boba shop I have been too, love it here and the girl with the pins on her apron is always really nice ?

I have come here a few times now, and I have to say that this is phenomenal. First and foremost, the staff here was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and kind every time I have come in.Unlike a lot of other boba shops, they actually use fresh Tapioca, instead of premade/frozen ones, and it makes a huge difference. Their attention to quality and fresh ingredients puts this boba shop in the top tier of boba shops I have been to, rivaling many of those found in places like Rowland heights.Best boba shop in the area and it's not even close.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of cool drawings and friendly vibes. Good place for kids to be in. Very safe too.

I love this place! It’s a cute little boba spot. So many flavors and additions to choose from. And it’s a lot cheaper than other boba spots nearby. I got the horchata frappe and it tasted just like horchata. My only complaint is my son’s drink and my drink were a little too sweet. They had a lot of flavor and the quality was great. I just wish it didn’t have so much sugar. I didn’t see any options to adjust sweetness levels like you can at other places.

I happened to be in the area looking for Boba and found this place. Boba Star has a huge menu to choose from, and very clean establishment. I love that they had fresh plants at each table! What a nice touch! The customer service was great, and my smoothie was delicious. I will def be back!

Inside the place is decorated with hand drawn art with different characters from different anime shows as well as some plants. The honey boba is very good. It tastes just like I'm eating straight from the melon itself. The taro malta tea is just as good. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy drinks and a place to chill.

Terrible service. We have been going here for a couple of years and the employees are usually friendly and we haven't had a problem before. But today my partner and I went and the cashier heard a different drink than we actually ordered. We didn't realize until we saw the drink. We told them it was the wrong drink and we ordered Matcha. It would not have been a problem for us if they just gave us the right drink. However, the cashier and one other employee proceeded to argue about how we should have corrected the cashier if we heard her say the wrong drink. Obviously we didn't hear her say the wrong drink. There were loud kids, cashier was wearing a mask, and there is plexiglass between the cashier and customer. They argued a couple of more times until finally agreeing to make the correct drink. I couldn't believe it. Again, usually no issue but to be treated so poorly at an establishment was perplexing.
