The Pesto Caprese Chicken was a standout it was tender, herbaceous, and balanced with the tomato and the richness of pesto. I really like pesto! 🤭 🍽️ 🍝 ❤️ It tasted like summer evenings and family warmth. The Cheese Tortellini in Garlic Alfredo was indulgent without being heavy pillowy pasta wrapped in a sauce garlic and cream.
The vegetables were far from an afterthought. The sautéed green beans and carrots with toasted almonds added texture and depth, while the Creamy Balsamic Spring Mix Salad brought a refreshing tang that tied the whole menu together. We hired Kiara for a very large multi-day event. She provided 350 - 500 servings of a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes per meal per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She worked with us to plan and deliver various cuisines having diverse flavors for our national and international guests we hosted. The quality of the food she delivered was excellent in flavor and in presentation. She cooks with fresh ingredients, infuses the food not just with her talent for cooking, but with love! She elevated each dish such that there was a surprising joyous experience, that a dish could have such detail and depth of flavor and balance of textures. Our guests gave glowing complements! Every dish was delivered to our venue at the time requested and beautifully cooked. Not an easy feat to do when catering this much food.
Kiara was a joy to work with. She was kind, caring and patient, addressing all our questions and working with dynamic changes during the planning and final ordering process. She made sure that all dishes matched our dietary requests, providing ingredient lists for each item so our guests with allergies or food restrictions would know before being served.

Kiara catered my backyard wedding, and served her Creamy Lemon Chardonnay Chicken & Classic Grilled Tri-Tip. It was incredibly delicious, and our guests could not stop talking about it! Kiara was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was also very responsive to all of our questions. We are definitely looking forward to catering from Braun's Catering Company again!
