Absolutely Gross!! From arrival, to leaving... Walked up to the front doors, and some girl opened the exit door, so my son and I stepped aside and waited... she said nothing, not even a smile... we realized she worked there, so we entered.... Sat down in bar seating... menu's covered with grease and food.... we mentioned to the waitress, their menu was pretty dirty, she just stood there waiting for us to order.... no acknowledgement whatsoever... we asked for more time to pick, since our first time here... 2 minutes later asking what we wanted again. tried to order just plain wings, but she said we had to pick a flavor... and she stood there waiting.... so we ordered & said we were moving to the patio... she rolled her eyes? So, we moved outside... the tables have a steel grate type tops, and the holes in the table were all closed up, packed with other peoples sauce, and food... no joke... next, we used the hand wipes, and they left our hands smelling like an old dish rag... we finally just decided to leave, asked for to go box, and mentioned to the muscle man manager, about our expwrience... asked him to try the handwipes, and he was like... No? Don't smell anything.... then he said, maybe it's from sitting in the sun... we pointed out the filthy table as well, he said, "yeah I hate these tables".... we received our bill... paid full price despite mentioning these seriously gross things... won't be going back again. Lastly, I'm writing this as I pass diarrhea from the experience. Seriously! My son is home sick as well right now. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings! Thanks for charging us full price for your gross, nasty restaurant, with unhappy employees, covered in frowns. Won't be back! Oh, and the door handles from the patio, back into the restaurant, covered in a thick, black, gummy grime layer from all the hands that have used it. Health department needs to be called... seriously! IN CLOSING, I love Buffalo Wild Wings, just not this location. Needs new management and employees.

Second time being here and Im not planning on returning any time soon. It was my daughter's bday and she chose the place. When we arrived we were told it was going to be a 35 min wait for a party of 5. I looked around the restaurant and noticed 8 open tables. Thought they might have a big party coming so they needed the extra tables. The hostess said there was no wait in the bar area. So we decided to go there. The server was nice but everything took forever. The waitress said instead of the birthday wings she could bring her out a scoop of ice cream instead my daughter was happy. She didn't want anyone to sing or anything like that, she was just excited about the ice cream. Food eventually came and it was ok. Nothing to write home about. We ate and then the check came. It was mentioned about the birthday ice cream and all we got was a shoulder shrug. So we paid, and when we left, the same tables were open and unoccupied.
As far as the cleanliness, the menus we were handed were sticky and had food remnants stuck to them. The floor was littered with napkins and other debris and the table we sat at was loose and we had to be careful not to push down and cause our food to end up in our laps.
The entire atmosphere gave the impression that nobody cared. Sure you have numerous massive TVs to watch games on, but that's about it

Ordered on the app for an online exclusive deal the wait was 30 minutes and the food was not the quality that I was expecting. The chicken was very undersauced some pieces having none at all, the side vegetables had very little compared to what is offered in person and all round the to go bag was messy.

I don't understand why this place is so busy. The service was awful, the food disgusting, and it was so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. The boneless wings had too much breading, very little meat in them, and hard to eat. I thought I would break my teeth. The nachos had very little shredded chicken on them, and even though I asked for no jalapeños, they still put them on. The naked chicken tenders were dry. None of the food I ate tasted fresh. They obviously were understaffed since we had to wait an hour to get a table, and there were empty tables. For the price we paid for subpar food, we won't be returning.

I came in 1/3/25 at 5pm. Alexander the server was good but my burger was burnt and my date got her order wrong. We got our orders 30 min after ordering. I ordered a beer when our server came initially to take drink orders and didn’t receive said beer until my check came at the end. We did not ask for corrections on my dates orders because we knew it take another 39min to receive that as well. I understand the servers being understaffed and without support, but a beer shouldn’t take more than 10min to get to any table. I have never had such a bad experience at any bww and that’s with me being active duty military and experiencing various locations across the nation. Do better management. Get your cooks in line.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! It took 15 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us at the bar😕 when she took our order ( we ordered 6 wings and side of onion rings it took over 30 minutes to arrive and the onion rings were cold and the bartender had the personality of a wall flower. Oh did I forget to tell you that they have a huge Nat problem. Nats were flying around our food as we were trying to eat GROSS the restaurant was absolutely filthy- food on the floor throughout the restaurant and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I would never come back to this location. DONT EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!

Alexander was our server and he was very polite and helpful. I could tell he had a lot of tables to handle and did his best. Much appreciate to him. However, we were seated after like 5-10 mins which was kind of surprising because the place was dead when we first walked in. We ordered and waited for like 30 minutes for food. I can't say this has ever been the case before but it took much longer than I would have anticipated. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger and it came burnt. We ordered a sample platter and the wings were so hard. There was audible crunch when you tried to eat them so I only attempted the first. It was pretty off putting. He ordered a beer that didn't come until we were done eating and on our way out. The experience was pretty disappointing. Short staffed is very apparent in this location. Again though, Alexander was its only saving grace. Please do better

If I could give a half a star, I would. When I arrived to BWW with my 12 year old niece an hour before it closed, we were denied service. They said it was last call and the kitchen was closing. I could see if it was 11:20 or 11:30 even but 11pm is ridiculous. I will not be returning back.

This place is horrible. Waited 50 minutes to be seated but all the floor tables were open. Once sat, no waiter came for about 10 minutes. No drinks or order taken. We tell the girl in the front when will we get to order our drinks and she tells us to wait a minute. This whole time there is waitresses and waiters walking around doing nothing. Staring cluelessly and randomly vacuuming a table that has no crumbs. Adjusting a table and taking 15 minutes to clean one table ( which didn’t get cleaned fully). Then we finally get our waitress Sophia who is the only good employee there. They need to give her a raise because she was the only one helping the customers. Get better management and fire almost everybody and hire better people. Whoever owns this place, you are wasting money on these horrible employees. Do better. ( the whole place is dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting as well ) ( also fire the little blonde girl who walked around doing absolutely nothing. )
