This is the only BWW that I can go to for takeout and they NEVER have the order ready at the time it says. I know sometimes locations are behind but it doesn't matter what time or what day of the week or how busy it is inside they will never have your order ready at the time it says. Expect 10-15+ min after the time it tells you.
I’m sorry to say but this place so filthy dirty. Whoever is managing Is not doing a good job and because I see the same reviews and nothing is getting done to fix the issue.

I went to this place two weeks ago with my boyfriend and we also saw a movie. It was great. I love this place my server Bree was awesome. This was my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I love it. We'll check this place out again. P.S., they have great outdoor seats.. I had the Pattie Melt, it was incredible. My boyfriend had the burger with avocado on it. He said it was awesome, and then we also shared some wings that were Buffalo Bleu sauce and a mild wing, and they were great. We had the happy hour all you could eat appetizers, onion, rings, and mozzarella sticks, etc and it was fantastic. We had leftovers to take home.

This restaurant is filthy.. fruit flies kept landing on our table, bathrooms were disgusting, and the service was terrible. Our food came out with no silverware or napkins. I used to love BWW but it has clearly gone downhill.

Waited for my door dash order multiple times over an hour this place sucks

Awful experience. Server was slow and charged me wrong on my card TWICE for completely separate checks. They weren’t even gonna mention that they had charged me wrong until i brought it up ! Not an I’m sorry I made a mistake or i refunded you so it should be back in your account in a couple of days. Didnt say a peep until i asked about why i got charged TWICE.

i ordered delivery and they didn’t give me 5 things from my order and i called and the lady speaking was rude and no one answered once she transferred me for a refund. wings were ice cold and had no sauce.

We usually come a couple times a month to this location. We only waited a couple minutes to get seated, wasn’t bad. Our server Blithe was so pleasant and even though she was busy, she made sure to check on us often. I had the mango wings, my wife had the boneless wings! Everything was delicious! Kudos to Blithe and we will be back!
We waited there from 2 an half hours and then we got the food and the food was so cold that we can’t eat that oh and I have three kid that I need in bed by 9:30

I went to this location for the new all you can eat deal. They charged me two times because I gave my dog a French fry to calm him down. Claimed I was sharing my food. Sorry but where does the rules say “NO SHARING WITH PET”. Now I guess my pet is a human. Instead of paying 20$ I paid 40$ all because I gave my dog a fry. My server said she’d get fired for not charging me twice.
