Okay at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday there were three cars in front of me when I got into the drive-thru I sat in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes. By the time I finally made it to the window I was so mad I didn't pay for or take any of that food I was just happy to not be trapped anymore I don't know if you guys have to go butcher the cow or what the deal was there

If I could put no stars I would, I went in to this location to grab lunch between 1pm and 1:30pm on Sunday and it was the worst experience. My order was wrong to start off with, I order 2 original Chicken Sandwiches, and I got 2 Crispy chicken Sandwiches, after ordering I remembered that I wanted Onion on one of the Sandwiches, so I called out a couple of times the young man that had helped me with my order when he didn't turn around I waved him down and asked him if they can add onion to one of my Sandwiches and said that I would pay for adding the onion since I know they charge extra, he said that they couldn't add onion but would put it on the side, so I said never mind, mind you the Sandwich had not been made yet. I then went to get my drink and then stood across the way from the counter to wait for my order and was looking right across the way when Irvin turns around with my order and places is it on the counter and starts mocking me waiving me down with both hands and said that my order was ready, I then told him that he did not need to do that, that I was looking right at him and he then said well you did that to me, I said yeah I did waive you down because I had called out to you a couple of times and you did not acknowledge me so my next gesture was to waive you down, I asked him for his name and he would not give me his name, I asked an older lady that was working at that time for the young man's name and she just shrugged her shoulders and said that she did not know his name, I also asked another young lady that was also working at the time and she said that if he didn't want to give me his name she didn't have to either, none of the 3 employee's had any name tags on them, I did end up getting his name from the Receipt and that's how I found out what his name was, I have called the restaurant a couple of times to put in my complaint and have left messages for a call back and have not received any call back. I looked up the phone number on google because the phone number on the receipt is for a Burger King in Moreno Valley, which I spoke to the Manager at that location and by the way she was very nice and she also provided me with the correct phone number.
I like the food but I have 3 complaints, the first time they didn't put cheese on my burger, the second time they put super dry meat and today the same thing happened, they didn't put cheese on my order, so what happens is that I'm seriously thinking about not coming back

I've eaten at Burger King many times over the years. In today's economy the price of our food is ridiculous and Burger King is no exception. If it weren't for my EBT I would not eat here.
Melissa The manager, denied service because she did not want to give water after making a order she tried charging me for 4 waters then when I showed her the law that states that business restraints and fast food establishments must give free water upon request they are legally obligated to. Then she denied service.
