I dont know what happened to Carls Jr as it was very good growing up in the 90s. Now either the food is just bad quality or service is representative of the help. Im saying the latter is the issue. For the amount of money fast food costs it shouldnt disappoint. But this location will go out of its way to make sure you HATE your experience. Garbage quality across the board … franchisee needs to get replaced or something! Cannot recommend!

If I could give a 0 star or best believe I would , Jocelyn M needs to find another job if she wants to huff and puff, this isn’t the job for her. This wasn’t the first time an employee wants to give us an attitude. Not only did they get our order wrong but she wants to complain when we ask for sauces.

i visited this carls jr location because we had recently gotten some coupons in the mail and decided to visit. i hadn't gone to a carls jr in a long time and it was mostly because what i used to order was not served anymore. on this visit i ordered a large fry and a western bacon cheeseburger. i was pleased with the size of the burger and the toppings actually felt like they filled it out because i've been to places where they skimp you on the bacon or something like that but it didn't happen on my burger. the french fry container was actually filled up to the top and they were hot and salty.
