Chef Bill Blackburn, Farm Fresh Catering provided a luncheon at St. Timothy's Church that was a wonderful meal for over 100 guests. The food was varied and excellent: Mediterranean beef skewers with mint pesto dipping sauce, Thai chicken Skewers, lamb sliders with chimichurri and feta, vegetable rolls with ginger and wasabi were the main food items offered along with wonderful mini desserts, tea, lemonade, etc. I could not have been more pleased. It was a very stressful day for me because the luncheon followed a funeral mass, but Bill and his team made everything run smoothly. He was highly recommended by the food coordinators and I'm glad that I followed their recommendations. Bill was easy to work with before hand and followed up with emails and texts. His communication skills are excellent. After the event, Bill packaged left overs for us to take home--another plus for us at this stressful time. The food was delicious and the presentation/display of the food was beautiful with flowers added to the serving plates.

I have had catering before for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, but Bill Blackburn's catering service was by far the best.!

Chef Bill and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear, they arrived prepared, and every interaction was professional and courteous. Bill knows exactly what he is doing. The food was vibrant, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. He put real care into the menu and into the flow of our event, checked in on timing, accommodated needs, and made sure every guest felt looked after.

This was a board gathering for our law firm. We traveled from Northern California and hosted at a private residence in Orange County. Bill did a site visit, coordinated equipment, and handled logistics seamlessly. Service was warm, the kitchen was left spotless, and our guests raved about the meal all night. We felt genuinely cared for and the evening ran perfectly. We would hire Chef Bill again without hesitation.

Chef Bill Blackburn catered a private event for us at our home in San Clemente. We hosted 20 people and after interviewing several chefs, Chef Bill was our clear choice.

We communicated initially by phone but then met with him personally at our home to review details before the event. So, the day of the event we knew exactly what to expect, and where food would be stationed, etc.

We were impressed with the farm to table experience, the quality of the food choices, and most impressed with the presentation of the food. We had a bartender (specialty cocktails) and server, and did tray passed and stationed food selections...he was punctual, organized, professional, and very well prepared. No only was everything beautiful to look at, but we were pleased with the taste and flavor of the food as well. Everything was delicious!

It was evident that his staff worked well with him as they were able to take over seamlessly after his departure. There was plenty of food for our guests and even leftovers for us to enjoy!

The staff stayed until the very end and cleaned everything as if they were never there. Food was prepared offsight and then brought to our home...so no need to use our kitchen. They even took all the trash with them!

We would certainly highly recommend Chef Bill and his team! They delivered a high-end, elevated experience for our guests...just what we wanted!!

We have had Bill Blackburn cater our summer party the last 2 years and a dinner party prior to those. Each time Bill has been easy to work with and we have valued his menu input. The food and quality of his dishes have been outstanding and we received wonderful feedback from our guests. If you are having an event we highly recommend Bill!

Chef Bill was great to work with and met the needs of our event and athletes right on the money. He was very accommodating with the menu, met our needs within budget, and was flexible with our requests and schedule. And of course the food was delicious! Will definitely be using him again in the future and highly recommend!
