Just wanted to send a Kudos to the store. I am at home with aging parents. After getting an Uber Eats order canceled by a local competitor, this Chipotle was able to get my Uber Eats order in and out the door in quick time. Everything was fresh and quality was good. Thank you for saving our night!

The place was due for cleaning the tables needed wiped the counters weren't clean and they just threw the food in the bowl I wanted to ask for smaller portions wasn't able before I could speak it was splattered in the bowl my second time trying Chipotle I going to try one more time just a different location hoping for a different experience my bother loves it so I must try again

I've been going to this chipotle frequently for the last year. They always greet me when I come inside and when I come as soon as they open everything is ready to go. The food is amazing, the ingredients are always fresh, and the portion sizes never disappoint. The restaurant is always very clean. Whenever they are packed, I am never worried because the service is so fast. I want to shout out Steven and Taylor for working so hard and being so friendly. They make the vibes perfect.

All chipotle's are the same. Nothing bad about the dining room or the environment. Typically kept clean with a trendy vibe and a relaxing atmosphere. This location is no different.
However, today I received five star service from Parker and from Stephen. I don’t really make an effort to leave reviews for any corporate chains, but Parker and Stephen should be recognized for the great service.
Very friendly very warm and welcoming service. A solid five stars from me to them. And thanks to chipotle for staffing such helpful staff.

It's nice walking into a restaurant and you're treated like a guest instead of a customer. The food is incredible. Service is spot on and I always leave full. I highly recommend the chicken bowl, full of meats and plenty of fixings that you can add to the top, and you can never go wrong with a chicken quesadilla that my son dearly loves.

First, I want to say that the staff were wonderful and very nice. However, I ordered a bowl with white rice and it was practically uncooked. I took a bite and felt something so hard I couldn’t chew it and thought it was a piece of burnt meat. I spit it out and it was rice. I ate more thinking maybe that was some hardened rice on the side but that wasn’t the case. I had a bowl full of uncooked rice. I was with 2 other people who also got white rice and they pointed out that they don’t think the rice was cooked. I tried calling the phone number of this location but there was no way to reach them. I was about to add my own white rice at home but the rest of the bowl was contaminated with bits of uncooked rice grains that it would’ve almost been pointless. I couldn’t finish my bowl because it was physically unedible.

Came back today! Gluten for punishment I guess! Rice was uncooked chips were stale again! I noticed the guy gave the girl in front of me , chips from underneath, but when it came for my chips he took from the rack! I should have known that I got the day old chips! Never again will I come back!

I want to give a huge shout out to Steven the new GM. He's an amazing leader but most importantly a great person. I am regular at this CHIPOTLE location. Steven is spearheading this location from the Frontline. His team rallys behind making sure every customer that comes in is taken care of in a timely manner but also satisfied with the service but MOST importantly amazing food. This speaks loudly for Steven's upper leadership for training the proper way to run a location. He will pass down his knowledge and experience to his team creating a revolving door of future great leaders and employees for CHIPOTLE. Again, thank you to Steven and his Corona location on Ontario Ave.

Doesn't matter what time you go, or how many people are in line, you will take atleast 10min but usually more before you can even start ordering. Your rice may or may not be hard (it shouldn't ever be) and if you want carnitas you are likely to find they are out or it to is hard. If you are really lucky they will let you wait in line for 20 minutes Only to tell you once you order, they are out Only location in corona so I end up trying again.
