I want to thank the entire team at this chipotle. I went there for the first time and the entire crew was personable walked me through how to order and made me feel genuinely special. There was a young woman and two men who helped me and when I went to pay they said we got you. Enjoy your day and thank you for coming in. What they didn’t know is that my father had passed away the day before and I was tired and feeling a little in a fog. Thank you chipotle team for making a my day just a little brighter and my spirit a little lighter. I appreciate your kindness.

We have not been to this Chipotle in awhile and after our experience today I remember why. I placed an ordered online and when my husband went to pick it up he had to call me. They were out of the bottle Coke I had ordered. They were also out of guacamole that I had ordered on my salad and a side of. They had enough brown guacamole for my salad, I compromised for a side of queso and I was refunded for the the 2 bottles of Coke.When my husband arrived home and opened his chicken bowl he had barely any chicken or salsa on his bowl. When I opened my SALAD there was 3 pieces of lettuce. I also ordered fajita veggies and there was maybe 8 slivers of bell peppers. I had a bowl full of rice and I also barely had any chicken.Won’t be back here ever again.The one off of Tyler is good and they give you what you pay for. This place needs a lesson from them.I’ve attached photos of my salad one untouched and the other after I stirred it around, no lettuce.

Worst Chipotle I have eaten at.Theres poor service and then there is a complete disregard for how to run a business properly, and this location is more the latter.Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us, we were literally standing at the counter, looking extremely awkward, we literally started laughing.6 workers behind the counter (all busy, tbf) yet none even glanced out way lol.Jarring to say the least.---Worker behind the counter had no clue what they were doing, might have been there first day. I had to triple repeat ever order /request because the poor fellow had no clue what to do. (Half red, half corn salsa , "uhhh what's that?).Food was average at best, no the freshest. All the bins were running on empty.Overall, I was flabbergasted at how poor this location was. I'll be heading over to the Norco location from now on.

Walked in behind another individual. It took 4 1/2 minutes for any employees to acknowledge our existence in their store despite there being at least 7 employees there. One was cleaning the grill, one was spraying down the take-out rack , one was refilling something in the front and one was cutting vegetables. The rest appeared to be on a break. At no time did any of the employees say, “I’ll be right with you “ or acknowledge us whatsoever. When one finally walked over, just under the 5 minute mark, she simply said…”what can I get you?”I went through the line , paid for my items and left the store. At no time did any of the employees even crack a smile.Dietary restrictions: Low carb

Ordered a chicken bowl to go and the bowl came with no chicken. I even asked to check up on my order and it seems like the workers didn’t both to read my order or double check everything is there like the chicken. Won’t be coming here anymore.

Ordered and paid for a burrito bowl with double portion of chicken. Only had 1/2 portion of chicken. Very disappointed as I counted on the full amount of protein for muscle gain.

I love chipotle, but this location is by far the worst one. They are always out of food. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, they're out of something important like steak, brown rice, and sour cream. When they do have the brown rice, it is always under cooked and incredibly crunchy. I've tried this location 4 times and it's always awful. I made the mistake of going during rush hour recently and they were out of almost everything at 6pm, including drinks and utensils. Their chips are usually over cooked and sometimes the guac is missing ingredients. Very disappointed with this location so I spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to a further one.

This Location always are out of certain foods, workers don't look motivated to work and stay on top of what they get paid to do. When we arrived there was no fajitas, no steak and no chicken available. Some tables were dirty. And all options for fresh juices were almost out. Poor management.

Terrible experience at this location that left me hungry and disappointed. Not only did we wait 10 minutes in line just to start our order while 2 workers were standing around doing seemingly nothing and only one staff was assisting customers, but the food was sparingly portioned and burnt/not fresh. It started with my wife receiving about half a scoop of rice when she requested double rice and merely an eighth of a cup of steak serving. When her bowl was "complete" it was maybe a quarter full. I asked for sour cream which was empty so the staff scrapped the bottom of the container and gave me a tiny amount rather than refilling. The meat was burnt and the guac was brown. To top it off we had a coupon for free chips. The second staff members redeemed our coupon, went to the back to get our chips, and never gave us the chips. We were picking up food in a rush to deal with a family matter so we did not realize we never received our chips until we were already at our destination. We also didn't receive any silverware togo or napkins. Complete lack of awareness, customer service and even basic service provided from staff. They all seemed like they were high. Do not go to this location unless you like stale rice, burnt food and tiny, overpriced portions. We paid $35 for no chips to enjoy our guac with and quarter portioned bowls. Terrible is an understatement. My wife's steak was so burnt she couldn't even eat it enjoyably.

Again pick up order wrong. Get cheese sauce instead of guacamole, have to drive back to change it and not even a sorry. I can't fathom fast food workers making more then minimum wage.
