We ordered three burrito bowls (brisket) which we could barely find, a few little squares that tasted like dog food, super hard to chew, it gave the impression of being old food or overcooked.. try to complain but they only have an automated chat bot which makes the situation even more frustrating! And this is not the first time we encounter this, it’s a hit and miss with this specific location sadly…

I purchased a small bag of chips today with my meal. There were approximately 6 chips that were all broken into pieces!!! Charged me 1.65 $. RIDICULOUS RIP OFF!!!

Had a chicken burrito, something didn’t taste right about the chicken 2 days ago, on Thursday the 5th. Had to go to emergency room for salmonella. Not very happy. Still dealing with it… thanks chipotle.

Passing through town, needed a place to grab food really quickly, says online and on their door they close at 10pm. Got there 940pm. They had the door unlocked but already closed the restaurant completely and told me I couldn’t order. Super disappointed. If they are going to close sooner than their closed time they should have it changed on their door etc.

Ive been to many chipotles and i always want my rice on a side, and they will never charge me for it since its only on side , but if you come here they will be charging you extra, just because you wanted your rice on a side, it’s ridiculous.

They speak English and Spanish, they are friendly, the problem is that they charged me more, I always go for my snacks and cheese but I don't know why they charged me more for the cheese, I always take the large one as well as the snacks ?

The pinto beans were way undercooked they tasted awful in my carne asada burrito and my cousin agreed we both took are meal to get exchanged and they ended up giving me half of the size a burrito it looked like a Bean bag. I'll never go there again I should have gone to Miguel's jr instead.

For context I ordered two bowls (the same order for both) for delivery. I knew they shortchanged for online orders which is why I ordered 2. They arrived here and I took both bowls and they were already feeling light. I opened each and the bowls were half empty. I was already expecting a little amount but this was just terrible. I go to this chipotle instead of the other one on Ontario since this one is actually clean on the inside but wow I guess this one sucks as well
