For context I ordered two bowls (the same order for both) for delivery. I knew they shortchanged for online orders which is why I ordered 2. They arrived here and I took both bowls and they were already feeling light. I opened each and the bowls were half empty. I was already expecting a little amount but this was just terrible. I go to this chipotle instead of the other one on Ontario since this one is actually clean on the inside but wow I guess this one sucks as well

I am writing this review in hopes that there will be an improvement! This is a convenient location for me, and my family and I have been going here for years, but the last couple of times there has been a serious issue with quality control of the food. The lettuce for the bowls and burritos, and the fajita veggies were cut into such big pieces that they were difficult to eat. I've never been to a Chipotle with such haphazardly and poorly chopped ingredients, where it left me wondering how I was even at a Chipotle. The chicken was also not chopped into small enough or Chipotle standard-size pieces, and was overcooked and chewy. The last two times I went, about a week apart, this was the case with all of those ingredients both times, and the time I ordered a burrito it was almost inedible, with so many of the ingredients in such huge pieces. The white rice was also not fresh either time, and had a lot of crunchy pieces. I'm not sharing this to complain- I really just want to see a change in quality control of cooking and ingredient prep and freshness so that I can come back to this location! I'm happy to give it another try if changes are made and update my review.

I won't be returning late at night. I came in at 9;20 and they close at 10pm and everything was packed up like they were closing and I ended up getting skimped hard with portions. My burrito was lookin a little skinny. They wouldn't give me sour cream cause they were lazy and didn't want to grab it out of the fridge. U Guy should hire better employees.

Okay, I have been going to Chipotle everywhere we go around ( so many didn't locations) I have never paid for them to put the cheese and sour cream on the side.. today ! In this location, they told me they charged $1.60 to put them on the side.. BUT, WHY !? I purchased 3 bowls, and like I said, I've never had to pay for this before... strange, new change?!?

I came to this location yesterday 11/14/23 and every employee in the store was Cleaning like they were going to close it was around 8:30 and they didn't close till 10 o'clock The rice was hard and undone. There were no veggies for my vegetable bowl. The food look like it's been sitting there for hours it was so hard it was stuck to the bottom of the pans. They had nothing freshly made it literally looked like they were going to close at 9 instead of 10 the way there were cleaning up

Restaurant looks good and love the area but everytime we are here the employees act like they are doing u some kind of favor. The other night there was 1 guy making food and 4 people at the back prep table talking. The girl who was supposed to be ringing was messing with a portable speaker and took someone finally saying something for her to finally come up. Maybe need more management and oversite

Here at Corona Crossings Chipotle has attracted shoppers, moviegoers and those who just are out and enjoy nature. I enjoy this store because the food is fresh, the store is clean and the workers are patient. Chipotle offers great nutrients options for kids too.Vegetarian options: My daughter likes the vegetarian options as she practicing eating a bit healthier.Dietary restrictions: I have a significant tomato allergy so I can get a decent meal without worrying about having a reaction. I really like their guacamole. Most places use tomato as their ingredient so I'm happy to say I can eat at Chipotle w/o alarm. Thank you Chipotle ? ?.Parking: Open parking due to other nearby stores.Kid-friendliness: The kids portions are appropriate and not expensive.
