Went for the first time . The staff is good and helpful in selecting frm the menu. Liked the taste and variety . Only things I dislike was nacho cheese dip .but veggie bowl was delicious 🤤

There are quite a bit of reviews saying that the meat portions were small. I did not have this experience. The scoops of chicken were so high that it was falling off the serving spoon. Workers were friendly enough given that it's a very limited interaction, and the burrito was made very quickly.
Went there during the dinner rush hour around 6 PM and had no wait. I have no complaints about this place. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you.

The worst experience at a food store. First, the girl who served us had a terrible attitude. Then I asked her which protein wasn't spicy for my son, and she said the chicken and carnitas, so I ordered the chicken, and it turned out to be super spicy. My son couldn't eat it since we had ordered it to go, and then she didn't put any forks or napkins in the bag.

Staff is polite but as most locations, not all, this location skimps on servings. If I am willing to pay an extra $4 more double meat can yall please do a normal scoop each time and not these sly and fast half scoops? Not fooling anyone, frustrating i pay 45$ for 3 items basically ALL tie and beans. Chipotle used. Not coming back to this location

My go-to is a barbacoa bowl with fajita veggies, corn salsa, and a drizzle of vinaigrette—everything tasted fresh, seasoned right, and generously portioned. The chips were warm and perfectly crisp, and the guac was bright with fresh lime (worth it!).
What stood out most was how tidy the dining area and drink station were; staff were actively wiping tables and keeping things stocked, which makes a big difference. Mobile orders were ready on time and easy to grab from the pickup shelf, so it’s convenient whether you’re dining in or on the go.
Easy parking, quick service, and consistently great flavor—this McKinley Ave location has become a dependable favorite. Highly recommend!
