I haven't been to Chuck E cheese on over 30 years and it has completely changed. My kids actually loved it. One of them is 8 and the other is three and they both love the video games and jumping around and just having a good time
Grey experience thanks for the fun kids had a blast

We had the summer pass and now have purchased the annual. We have a 2 and 4 year old, I do wish there was more for my 2 year old to do. There are often so many games not working, and the paper towel holder in the right end women's bathroom has been broken since at least summer when we started going. The Chuck E character also doesn't come out very often at all even on busy days, which is always a disappointment for my kids. Half the time we go, my kids can't get a prize at the end because the line at the register is so long. Definitely is understaffed at times. Multiple times we have waited for long periods at the check in/out for our stamps, only for no one to ever come so we just head out without the stamp checks. My kids enjoy going to Chuck E Cheese, but there are some things worth improving.
2/17 update: At around 11:30am, an employee was using a full size ladder and a stick mop to clean the ceiling lights. He was at times cleaning directly above many different dining tables. I imagine dust/cobwebs would be falling on those tables, yet he or any other employee never followed up with wiping down any of those tables. Yikes. Perhaps this type of cleaning would be best done after business hours when there is another employee available to take care of the tables afterwards.
Always love coming here to check out the new fish they have, we have worked with these guys bought and given them our fish...always will help u with questions and knowledge on everything u need to know .
Did not get what I paid for. Was supposed to get a specific server for my party we ended up sharing a server with a whole other party which delayed the entire party and paid for an extra items for the kids which we did not receive. After speaking with the manager they told us to reach out to corporate which we did and never heard a thing back. Ridiculous.

Safety concern - you will cut your hands holding the handle bars! This ride would be better if there was sound. Most of the games don't work, are broken, and malfunctioning.
Restaurantji Recommends
The tread is stiff and very expensive, the truth is that the tread is worth $5 dollars because the truth is it was very bad, it didn't even have any taste, they don't serve you well and the mouse came out, took two photos with the children and immediately I got in and went to others that it is not like that

My kiddos had a blast
I took my Grand Kids to have lunch and let burn some energy off. The salad bar was pretty good with decent selections, and the pizza was actually not bad. To the person in the Chucky Cheese costume, Thank You. My Grand Daughter really had a great time dancing with you, and asking you questions. You really did a great job. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We will definitely return.
