The location is great the food is great. Its the young white girl there thats terrible. They need to get rid of all the young white girls that work there. Those white girls should just stick to working in the malls with all the clothing not with food.

Honestly, the only reason I’m giving this review is because the hostess Danni would bend over backwards for customers. I made reservations on open table but it wasn’t showing up on their list but she still made sure to take care of us. The food was justt okay but my server was such a sweetheart and gave fast and reliable service. We will definitely be coming back.

The best salad was very good, love the champagne dressing. Grilled chicken was good also. Sat outside, great atmosphere.

This place has the absolute worst customer service on the whole entire planet. We got there at 8pm and got seated at 10:30pm. We sat at the table for about 15 minutes with menu's and were then asked to move to another table because they had a larger party that they wanted to put at that table. They tried to move us to the far back away from the stage but we said no so they sat us at another table that had been used by another party prior and not cleaned. The table still had decorations from the previous guests. We sat there for about 30 minutes without any service. Finally we ask for our waitress and when she came about 15 minutes later, she was very impatient with us. We ordered drinks and the wait began again. Next 15 minutes the waitress comes back with one out of the 4 drinks. It so happened to be mine. I asked her where my garnish was because it said on the menu that the cocktail came with lime. She said that's what the bartender gave her. So I showed her the menu to let her know that it is supposed to come with a lime. She then asked me rudely if I wanted the lime. I replied "please". She left to get 2 more drinks and brought me a lime in her bare hand and dropped it in my glass.. I couldn't even respond. I took it to the bartender myself and explained what happened. They made me a new drink. Meanwhile the waitress came back to the table to inform us that the kitchen did not have the food we ordered almost 30 plus minutes prior. By then we are all hungry and irritated so we decided to leave. One of the people in our party went to voice his concerns to management and was told that we only wanted to get our items free. Total disrespect. Total unprofessionalism. I haven't ever experienced such poor service in my life. If there was a 0 star option that would be my choice. I forgot to mention that the party they move us to another table for left without ever being served.

Waited an hour after being seated without a server, requested one numerous times, finally get a server; however, we were not given dinner menus but were asked to order. Started with drinks, and the server placed the drinks on table, not by the stem of the glass but by the holding the mouth of the glass. WRONG!! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!We finally are provided menus, all of the party except one, had salmon that was served undercooked and had to be returned. Mind you this was another long wait. The manager blamed the person having the event at their establishment for all the mix-ups and took no responsibility for the subpar service. Nor did he try to mitigate our concerns. I was tempted to call my order in and bring to my table.The price of the food is ruin by the pathetic service and attitude from the manager. I have been in customer service and this is not how you accommodate customers when there are issues. I will never have an event there or eat there again as they have had numerous restaurant code violations and are currently on probation, (last update 10/8).The deplorable attitude of the current management shows through in their servers. Customers are not first. Service is last. So if you like being treated like its you fault your food is undercooked, please go hang out here, you won't be disappointed at the horrible service. I'm sure I am not alone in my review of the dining experience. No, I will not return unless they can make the restaurant float in the air.

We had reservations at 7:45 and waited 1 hour to get our table. 45 minutes to get our drinks. Finally got food and not silverware! Music snd location is the best part! Love the entertainment!

I used to love this place. However, after tonight, I will NEVER go back. After having to spit out two bites of nothing but fat from my $30 stuffed pork chop only to discover that the the actual meat was dry and disgusting, I sent it back. I understand restaurants are struggling with Covid, so I would not normally consider posting a negative review during such a time, however, the managers refusal to remove the item from our bill is absolutely unacceptable! The manager, Junior, insisted that the spit out pieces of fat on my plate warranted enough bites to charge for the meal.

Very disappointed. Service very poor.I’ve been here and celebrated special occasions due to the food and live band. On September 13th of this year will be the last time I’ll ever go to this restaurant. Poor service. Food was awful. It was a day I cannot Re-do for a special occasion for my daughter.

I'm from out of town and I went with a family member there. Atmosphere was really good with a live band. The only thing that I didn't like that prices of the food was too pricey. But great place to go and have fun and chill

Me and my family went here and the wait was 30 minutes. The place was really nice inside and out also a nice place to dine at but personally I don’t know an experience here. They never texted us that our table is ready we waited 45 minutes and still nothing. I’m the middle of the wait we went in to see how much longer and they looked anxious and nervous, so they probably forgot about us. They looked like they just guessed a number and they said 10 minutes and the rest of the night we still never got nothing. They even still took our name and number down but completely just ghosted us and we were very hungry. We ended up going to a different near by restaurant. They still called after four hours and we called about the incident. They just said sorry and even the hold time on the call was 20 minutes?♂️. After this we knew not to ever eat here again.
