this is by far my favorite cold stone i’ve ever been to. the workers here are so sweet and they always get my ice cream on time.

I have Come here quite a few times and everyone is always nice and friendly. The older gentlemen I didn’t catch his name was so kind to me and my boys & everyone that came into the store. It’s so hard to find good customer service now a days and people who look like they actually want to work. Ice cream was good and my kids always enjoy it!

This place is the ice cream spot. The workers are always very friendly, and the manager/owner is always super nice and friendly to my family and I when we come in. They mix the ice cream and toppings really well, always have the flavors in stock, and usually give great portions. This location is much better than the one closer to my house off, so I choose to drive here and give them my business. Keep up the great work and service guys!!!

Not just one but two hairs inside my ice cream. Also before ordering I saw hair on the Banana Pudding flavor inside the case. Girls need to wear hair nets.

Great place for a sweet treat! The service was even better! We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday celebration. Just before the day, we had a family emergency and had to cancel the party. Naturally, we should have had to pick up the cake but Atef, the owner, agreed to let us postpone picking up the cake. I don’t know what he did with the cake if he had already made it, but we delayed for 9 months until the birthday of another son to call him to order a different cake. He pleasantly had the cake made for us and it’s was yummy.Thank you Atef!

I guess it’s normal when you have two workers for one to help the next guests instead of just finishing the first guest’s order? Also we paid the same price but got 2 cups worth of ice cream for one and barely filled in the lid on the second cup? This was a weird experience ngl
